I absolutely love this place! The owner is incredible, gets to know all the clientele but name and closely supervises. It is always incredibly clean and never too noisy. Ella is my favorite technician and they always try to sync me with her. My feet/nails have gotten healthier as a result (in the past I’d suffer fungus, hangnails and breakage). The menu is extensive and has something for every budget. HIGHLY recommend!!!

Needed a pedicure ASAP for a wedding I was attending, and my pedicure was quite disappointing. The callus treatment consisted of 4-5 swipes on each foot that didn’t remove any actual callus. I could overlook that if the cuticle removal and the polish were done nicely, but they was also disappointing . The two stars are really for their cleanliness, and that all the items they use on clients (except polish) are single use and disposable. $58 for a pedicure I could’ve done at home is really disappointing. Unfortunately I won’t be back. This was my 4th time trying Aurora, and each time the work has been subpar. It is a beautiful location and convenient spot with parking, but I want manicures and pedicures I can actually enjoy looking at.

Been to the salon twice I thought the first time was just a busy day and they were rushed, went back a second time same atmosphere not as busy still rushed had to tell the girl a few times to slow down although the prices are advertised they don’t tell you how much per nail for specialty service for myself and two other people they got basic services I was charged over $400 that I was unaware it was going to be that high and then expected to give a tip. I feel that if you’re ordering services you’re not familiar with at that level of cost for nails it should be disclosed someone should be explained to you exactly what you’re getting in the cost will be before they do it. They did beautiful work but getting hit with that was an eye-opener and again feeling rushed I can get better service for much less. I chalked it up to being in the area that I was in very disappointed with the lack of the communication on that level

This place is amazing. I’ve had some terrible manicures done before. This is the only place I’ll ever go again! Everyone working there is so kind and everything is so clean. They put every effort into making my manicure perfect. I even get a neck/shoulder massage with a hot pack at the end! They go the extra mile to make sure your experience is amazing and worth coming back! Ella is the sweetest!

This place is clean, cute and so relaxing! They are so great at customer service especially by remembering my name.
I did feel it was pricey for a regular polish manicure and I get my nails done regularly. They didn’t tell me they were going to charge $10 for gel removal. So a total of $35 for a regular manicure was a little much.
