Wanted a gel pedicure, I have a nail that was previously injured so it doesn’t grow right and I told them that. They said they could put acrylic over it to make it like my other one but it wasn’t turning out how l liked so l asked them to just leave it alone and I would get it fixed another time because it was hurting. As I was trying to explain that to the manager I got emotional because I hate making a fuss and I just wanted my toes to look nice for my birthday. The manager told me “what are you crying for” and became very hostile saying that it wouldn’t be straight because my nail is crooked and that he offered to take it off which I had already said I didn’t want to do because it hurt. Never coming back here again. The situation was not remedied.

This is by far the best nail experience I’ve had in Dallas. If you’re looking for relaxation, this is the place to be. My mother and I walked in without an appointment, there was no wait time and were treated like royalty! I got the Sweet Lavender pedicure and my mom got the Aromatic Organic pedicure. Lee was the best! I will be asking for her next time. The ambiance was phenomenal and interior was beautiful and clean. Thank you Aura! Update: I got a full set with Judy and I couldn’t be happier! Her attention to detail is amazing!

I really want to like this nail place, and I’m really making an effort. I live the next block over, so it’s in my best interest. I’ve been here three times and they’ve all been the exact same bad experience.
This last time in particular, I corrected my nail tech at least three times before I realized she was just set on doing a mediocre job. She was so much more concentrated on the conversation she’s having on Facebook that my hands took double the time of my feet, overall taking over two and a half hours for a service that should not have taken much more than an hour. If I had left in perfect shape, that would have at least helped, but my skin was stuck to my nails on each one of my fingers, I had dip powder that I had to fall with an aggressive nail file, and my cuticles are a mess between excess polish and untrimmed portions.
Oh, and I never even got my drink, after asking for it twice. Never going back.

May and Chloe are the best! May does amazing at pedicures and Chloe does great at dip with tip! They are both super friendly and great me when they see me! I will forever come here and ask for them!

My first time and easily not my last. Glad to be introduced to this place because it’s a 9.5 out of 10 from atmosphere to experience. The staff are friendly and quick to set you up when you’ve scheduled your appointment. Walk-ins are totally fine but not recommended during the busiest days. Don’t leave things up to chance if you have a choice. My technician was excellent from start to finish, giving me a prime experience on my not so bad, but could be better feet. The citrus pedicure was brilliant, the massage chair was so relaxing and the complimentary drinks were pretty good. I definitely will be back!
