First timer.
Customer service was Great!
Not many colors to select from for Gel nails. ( 2 booklets)
They didn’t have the color I wanted, so I chose basic white tips… well at least I thought that was basic.
I asked for a soak off, instead she used about 10 nails to pluck my old acrylic nails off.
Before applying acrylic they informed me that my basic nails and length would cost me $85 and ask me if that was ok. I wanted to walk out but didn’t, I’m my head, I just knew that I would not be back.
I believe the acrylic they use for regular customers is pink. I’m a brown girl who likes the natural look for a brown girl. I had to ask twice for a clear regular acrylic.

(I chose this place because I saw all the pretty designs… only to find out that they only have a select amount of colors to choose from.

In the pictures, my nails are the plan white tips and a friends nails have the Jewels. Her nails are almost two weeks old and she paid $90 for nails and toes at another shop.

If you want Insta-worthy nails…. Look no further! Susan did my nails yesterday and the amount of effort and patience this kind woman put into my set is phenomenal!! I will be comparing every set I get in the future to this one right here! I showed her a photo of what I wanted and BAM! They look exactly like the photo!! They feel sturdy and she was so gentle! She even took care of my cuticles for me. (I hadn’t had a manicure in quite a while ) I would absolutely recommend this shop! Everyone was so kind and friendly. They were moving quickly but with intention! I never felt rushed or like a burden! I will absolutely be going back!!

Augusta Nails was amazing again! AnnLee did exactly what I asked for and exceeded my expectations!! This is my favorite nail salon and I will always go back!

Stella was the best! She took her time and talked to me the entire time. I love customer engagement! She kept checking in to make sure I wasn’t in any pain as she helped with one of my ingrown toenails. She was so nice and now has a new customer in me! I will definitely be back again.
