I called and made an appointment for ten finger nail art but was told I had a gel appointment. The stylist told me to pick a color but wouldn’t acknowledge I was asking for nail art. When I asked the managers, she said the stylist could do it. I had to explain the color order of a rainbow many times and the end result was a rainbow with gaps, and sloppy uneven lines.

I came back and asked them to remove the designs for a minimal refund, so I suppose that is something. I had had several good experiences prior so I am very disappointed. I understand another design I had looked at didn’t work, but the artist should have at least not made sloppy lines with gaps (see photos).

I’m still new to coming here, so each time I’ve gotten a new person, which I didn’t mind. The first two ladies did a great job, however, despite making an appointment we still waited 30+ minutes. I came back because the nail art looked great.
This time my friend and I were seated quickly, but it was all down hill from there. My friend wanted a gel mani with the cat eye design. She asked to the lady to leave her nails long and she ignored her and filled her nails short and changed the shape even though she asked her not to. Not to mention when she removed the previous gel she only did one hand! The tech never used the magnetic to make the cat eye design. My friend even had her get the nail sample from the front and she still couldn’t do it correctly. They look basic and not like what she asked.
My tech was not listening from the start. I was there for a fill and I prefer the gel builder. I asked for squoval nails. She kept saying oval and I said no, square with rounded edges and I showed her a picture (she even took a picture of my phone for reference). She said ok, but then started filing my nails oval anyway. She kept hitting my skin with the sander and I’d pull my hand back. One nail was lifting the previous fill and she clipped the side, and then without saying a thing, she RIPPED IT OFF! I should have stopped there. She then kept saying to use the dip and I said no multiple times that I wanted gel to fix it. She didn’t use it and said the dip would give it better shape. She dropped multiple utensils on the floor and just picked them up without cleaning them, disgusting. When I asked for French tip with an outline on top she said she could do it. When she was done I told her that it was not what I asked for and it looked awful. She took the top layer off and attempted to redo them, correcting the shape and design, but that damage was done. They’re now so short and ugly. Not to mention when I kept telling her it was not what I wanted she kept speaking to the woman next to her in another language back and forth with an annoyed tone, just rude and unprofessional.
This was such a disappointment and waste of money and my time.

FIRST TIMER!!! : Best nail salon in central jersey! I’ve been to just about all of them in the area and I can honestly say that Attache nails does nail tech quality work at the convenience of a salon. I was able to walk in and get an old acrylic soak off as well as a full set. My nail tech took her time to ensure that the work was neat and perfect. Customer service was beautiful and warm.
They know what the young girls want and they definitely deliver

Been coming here a few times! And they do not disappoint, staff is so friendly and nice. Their work is one of a kind and they take their time doing nails and designs. I’ll never go anywhere else again, best nail salon in central jersey.
