I really wanted to love the work and be nice about my experience because my nail tech was very polite and fun to talk to. And everyone else at the salon was very polite too.

My appointment lasted around 1.5 hr for a full gel set (that’s ok I’m all for extra time for good work).
I’m including photos from the time I got my nails done, to the next day and one week later.
I loved the way they turned out. I wanted almond shape, natural nail color with a gold line just what I got.
I did get cuts on my skin in two spots that quite frankly hurt a lot that day and two days after. Same as my nails on all fingers hurt, that is maybe because I haven’t done full set in a while.

It’s exactly one week later and you can tell how my nails are weaker around the edges by the nail bed and one even comes off halfway.
This full set cost me $80 for less than a week of quality nails.

Do with that information as you will.

I don’t get my nails done often but looking forward to taking these off.

Update, 8 days later the loose nail fell off

People working at the salon, were polite and nice. My gel manicure though felt rushed and it was not a clean job, meaning I had to go back home and re-file some of them and I’m still not happy. I wasn’t asked what shape I wanted or if I’m happy with it etc. I have polish on my cuticles and was told when I asked for them to clean it properly that I have hard cuticles to work with. I didn’t get that reason anywhere else I went and was happy with other manicures that were done in a relaxed manner. I know this won’t last me the 2 weeks like it normally does, oh well my nails were in bad shape before anyway but certainly not a good bang for my buck.

i’ve never had a bad experience all the years i’ve gone here but today i had the worst experience. my nail tech was very rude and very impatient. i asked for a design which i know can be complicated to follow and if someone says they can’t do it i wouldn’t of minded. i showed what colors i wanted and the tech was saying we don’t have these colors and kept on giving me colors i didn’t want. when we went to go pick them out together she was rushing me and telling me to choose. i just gave in and trusted her with the colors because i barely had a chance to look. when it came to painting the nails she needed to look at the design on my phone which im fine with, but she rolled her eyes and aggressively would tap my phone whenever it auto locked. when i tried to prevent it by tapping the screen she aggressively said “don’t move don’t do that. you move and unlock only when i ask you too” i quietly apologized and dealt with her getting annoyed every time i had to unlock my phone. then when she was trying to paint the flowers she got very very rude. i have hand tremors due to a medication im on and i tried to explain that but she wouldn’t let me speak. she kept on saying “don’t move. i won’t do your nails if you keep moving” very aggressively. i kept on trying to tell her about the tremors but i kept getting interrupted. lastly the nails were fine besides they weren’t the shape i asked for and the thumbnails with the design came out terrible. i would’ve spoken up if i felt comfortable and if i wasn’t on the verge of crying by the time my appointment was done.

My favorite nail salon ever!!! I have been going here for over 10 years now and I love it so much! I don’t live close anymore but it’s always worth it to make the longer drive there!

I have been coming here for my nails and toes for 2 plus years. No other place compares with the attentive and friendly service that Andrew and Tracy provide. Lina and Kim are incredible as well. Love the whole A&T staff, they are patient, welcoming, warm and friendly. You even call them last minute to fix a broken acrylic nail, they’d fix it right away.
Highly recommend!!
