Tina was rough and caused my nail to bleed. She burned my nails with her instrument and told me I was a baby. I have paid good money and this past time she overcharged me 80 dollars and told me every two weeks for a full it will be 50 dollars. She talks in her Vietnam language and says rude things to her co-worker. I don’t appreciate this behavior and pain and being overcharged and causing nail pain, bleeding and being rough.

I got a pedicure. The polish was all over my toes, missing on some parts of my nails. My toes nails were cut crooked and it was very noticeable. And they did not clean under my toes or even do my cuticles. I literally had to go home and take the polish off, cut my nails and push back my cuticles. I seriously just threw away my money.

Normally I wouldn’t write a review but honestly I don’t get my nails done very often and was excited to start having a go-to person so this experience really bummed me out. After waiting half an hour after my scheduled appointment time they started my nails. The lady ended up sanding down around my nails so much they bled, not a huge deal as i know this can happen as an accident. The real problem is the nails are so uneven it just looks like I have dents all over. Like my nails were bumped into things while wet but I left the shop with them looking like this. They didn’t clean up my nails at all before starting and just didn’t seem to care at all about how they looked. I won’t be coming back and sincerely hope you know what you’re getting if you end up going here
