Daughter asked for a certain design nail tech stated she could do it. We verified several times and she kept saying yes she knew what she was doing. Apparently NOT! When brought to her attention that’s not what we wanted she said my bad I couldn’t do the design due to her fingers being small… manager was not helpful!

Went to get a pedicure done today, well the nail polish i choose had some glitter in it. Most glitter polishes will go on no problem, but the one I got was thick and it wouldn’t dry at all. The lady I had to do my toes rushed my pedicure and painted my nails all messed up. I sat for 25 min before she came to check on the nails. I stated “ my nails still aren’t drying.” She proceeded to put my shoes on messing up my toes completely and told me “ you’re good to go!” I instantly got Louis which is the own and he tried his best to correct it.

I like this place for my pedicures. I would rate pedi’s at a 4.
I had a set of acrylics put on and two fills. I noticed after the first fill my nails were lifting. The second fill was worse. I noticed the monomer(liquid) they use with the polymer(powder) were contaminated. The liquid which is usually purple was gray and the powder had specs of dirt in it.
I use to do nails and had training for it. This is a no no!
Not to mention it cause nails to lift!
So, now back to doing my own nails. Which is not the easiest thing to do.
