I must give my go to person in this shop Tao a big shout out. I’m very pleased with his service ALWAYS. Very cool down to earth guy with a lot of flava to his style. He knows his stuff. I’ve been so skeptical with dip because it may not always allow for that beautiful curve I look for in my nail bed and trust me many have disappointed me. I finally wanted to up my nail style using dip and Tao did not disappoint not once but twice. Check him out. Tell ‘em’ Sherry with the treacherous cuticles sent you lol. I love this shop. FYI he only does hands. Others services I’ve been pleased with is the full facial hair removal. Everyone has always been pleasant here.

I came here to get my nails & my toes done for my reception… my toes look amazing but my nails are absolutely awful. I provided a picture of what I wanted & the woman to do them claimed to understand but unfortunately they look completely different. Every time I asked for her to make them shorter & thinner she would say okay and just ignore the action. I assume to charge for long nails. They’re super thick and the painted gel looks like a child did them(None of the lines are straight). I just feel like they look ghetto. At the end of it all I was just so overwhelmed with how terrible they were and with the lady not listening I just paid and left. Never will be coming back and definitely do not recommend.

3 days ago I got this set. It is dip, and so was the last set I got from a previous salon (which lasted me 6 weeks) when I went here, they cut my old nails off, and then POPPED my nail off with a tip. So now my nails are damaged from not being removed properly, they didn’t use dehydrators, and i have 4 broken and crooked nails. Not to mention they are bumpy and just overall not good. (not once was i asked to go wash my hands nor were they wiped down with alcohol!!) I don’t recommend.

I went to get manis and pedis with my mother last week and wasn’t satisfied with the service, but decided to just take the loss. That was before a few days passed and I became more losses the more I looked at my nails.
I went in super excited bc it has been super hard for me to get what I ask for at nail salons. Everything started great because they had two technicians working on each of us. This is a great concept if the techs are able to give 100% on each service but that wasn’t the case. My nails were completely half assesd.
I did get a manicure and My cuticles already look like they have been growing out for months.
The dip powder was applied super poorly so I have residue all in my cuticles. Some of the nails are even lifting only a week later.
I asked for square, and she started to round the edges so I let her know I wanted sharp square, still got rounded.
The apexes of my nails are almost non existent.
There is dust/residue stuck on each nail under the dip powder.(mentioned this to her)
I understand this seems like lots of problems I could have pointed out and I did point out the ones I noticed! There was just nothing done about it.
Definitely not worth the money! Especially when you have to tip four people separately.

I paid for a pedicure and gel manicure on a Wednesday evening. The pedicure was good and done by one lady. The gel manicure was done by someone else and she was done in 10mins. I should have known it wasn’t done properly. By Friday morning, the gel on EVERY finger was peeling off. No refund or free re-do without a receipt. Never going back.
