I’ve seen Alyssa (the owner)a few times. The artistry is beautiful, the nail salon environment is not a typical nail salon, hence why I have pre-booked for the holiday season in advance one being beginning of December (making me technically 2 wks overdue for a gel mani overlay)

As women know having your nails done is a luxury and is the only thing I do to feel better, just like someone feels after a haircut. It takes time to schedule and plan my crazy life around the one thing I indulge.

I’m also very flexible if things change because service providers are people. I am a service provider myself and understand things come up. We are human.

*Alyssa cancelled my appointment just 2 wks prior to my appt date, I reached out about my cancellation, and there was no response. Not cool.

She did reschedule me 4 WEEKS out from the original cancellation date. She didn’t communicate, ask if it’ll work for me, clearly didn’t care about the experience being given and that’s not cool.

It sucks to be treated like my time and energy doesn’t matter to a small business owner.

Best pedi ever! Super clean, spacious, friendly staff, no horrible “mall salon” smell because they use amazing products. This will be my new go to place. Definitely a hidden gem.
