Customer Reviews:
I can honestly say, this was the worst pedicure I have ever had in my life!
She did zero massage on my legs and feet and kept slapping my feet or cueing me to move them where she wanted them. She took about a half teaspoon of the sugar scrub and smeared it on the front of my shins, didn’t rub it in, or massage my legs or feet with it, then hit it with some water and washed it off. She then spent about 5 seconds on each of my heels with the pumice stone, and did nothing else on my feet. She then put a hot towel on my legs that was way too hot, and I told her so. “Oh it cool off, it okay!” She said. I finally told her to take it off because it was unbearable.
She started to paint my nails very sloppily with black paint. I told her I asked for white not black and I wanted a matte topcoat. She and the guy started arguing in Vietnamese and then he asked me again what color “I want”. I said, ‘I told you when I came in White with a matte topcoat.’
She finally got up to get the white polish but she might as well have been applying it with a mop. More paint got on my toes and feet than on my toenails which she complained “You have small toenail like a baby, that why so messy! It come off!” She then started applying the gel curing polish, and I said I didn’t want gel. She told me “This only white I have! It better!”
She did the rest of the process but because she painted it so sloppy and had cured it all in between, she had to do a lot of scraping with the file. Just as she was almost finished she managed to cut my big toe with the file and then said, “Oh you bleeding. Oh it okay, you be fine!” She then hurried me out of the chair, told me “You pay cash now!” I said all I had was my debit card. I pointed to the sign on the door that said they accepted card. The guy then got up from the customer that he had just started, snatched my card from my hand, said deluxe and $45, I said no, I asked for regular, and I pointed at the sign on the wall. He ran my card for $45.50 “convenience fee” and then filled in $5 on the tip line and said, “Standard tip, I fill in for you!” I didn’t sign the merchant copy, picked up my customer copy and left! My bank is handling it from there!
I came home with my feet and legs hurting, my feet rougher than when I went in there, and my toe bleeding! Worst pedicure experience of my life! Save your money and go somewhere you get real service! I do a much better job on my own at home!
No other customer in the shop, very quick, cut my toe nails to short, no massage, no soaking time,
Wasn’t very happy. Won’t go back or Won’t recommend.
My toe nails don’t look like they were done professionally!
There are plenty of professional nail salons in Anderson, this is not one of them.
