My mom and I have been coming since they opened around 6 years ago or so. We’re always treated well and have tried multiple different nail techs and have left satisfied every time. Shout out to Diane, Queen and Cynthia. They are so sweet and always have great attention to detail when taking care of us. We recommend Armani Nails.

I make appointments with Mendy, and she makes it her business to rush each time. I explain to her what I want and she does as she pleases. Each time I come I’m overcharged and for some reason the police is called. I come and pay for a service just like everyone else yet I never receive what proper service. Also down below is a representation of what I asked for and what I actually received. I told her no design and that I didn’t want to do the dipping powder yet she did both.

I did not have an appointment when I walked in but was told they can do what I needed to be done. I request a simple pedicure and I was satisfied with it however when it came to manicure the lady that did it for me seem like she was rushing throughout the process, hurting me that i even bled and wouldn’t listen to my request. I said over and over again that I did not want my nails long and I wanted them round but she wouldn’t listen. I’m not one of those that will fuss so I guess I sucked it up but I will not be returning. It wasn’t expensive at all but I was and still am very unhappy with my fingers. Yes I am all over the place right now cuz I’m a very unsatisfied customer and I would like management to talk to the employees to listen and deliver the customer’s request. Yes I still tipped her as well.

This is my go-to nail place. The staff and owners are honest and caring! They do a great job! Their methods are hygienic and they are reasonably priced. I love and highly recommend them.
