Really unfortunate, unprofessional, unhygienic, and unfriendly experience. Not a manicure at all, just straight to drills and applying dip. My daughters technician was friendly, but not qualified, her nails today are painful as he cut very close to skin from some reason, her nails are uneven all around and there was not a single attempt at an actual manicure. My technician was very short with me, I’ve never seen blood drawn before with a drill, she went so close into my cuticles. Every manicure I’ve had, they usually do some sort of cleaning up your cuticles and and filing, I usually am left with smooth and moisturized hands. I regret very much not stopping her, such an awkward situation, I was trying to be optimistic. Definitely will trust my intuition next time. Avoid going here. Mine and my daughters cuticle today are shredded and raw.

So I keep my nails super short because I do lots of baking and cooking and it just helps keep them clean. Anyways they still did such a cute design and for my first time going there they treated me so nice. The ladies were lovely and attentive. It has only been opened a week and I’m hoping I can make it my permanent spot. Definitely recommend this new spot.

Like most salons, they upsell hard. I had to tell my pedicurist 3 or 4 times I didn’t want extras. I paid $157 for their collagen pedi with gel, and a full set with a SIMPLE line design (see pics). They aren’t even really well done to justify the price. The set was $95 (?!?) and the pedi (listed in the menu at $42) was $62. Make it make sense. I live in SF (ergo: the most expensive area in the country) and get my nails done on the regular for 7+ years and have NEVER paid this much. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I love Amy and Tin!! Tin does my nails and Amy handles appointments. Always friendly, polite, efficient and Tin does my nails to my preference without overriding my wishes. I get compliments every single day on my nails. This is a happy place. 💖

I usually enjoy my time at the aria nail bar (which should be called a salon, considering they never offer us any drinks -water included). The owner of the nail salon did my nails. I requested a pink French tip. He express his frustration with me throughout my appointment because I was being picky. Although I was was trying to be kind in communicating my critiques (such as making the French tip a more almond shape rather than just a straight curved line, and making sure the color was even) they still made me feel like my requests were not something that should be expected from a $100 manicure. That is not including tip. His wife and him continued to explain to me that I would need a computer to do my nails because I want them to perfect … overall I I paid $125 and it’s still a mediocre job, but you can be the judge. I expected a decent manicure for the price I paid, specially if it a simple design. I feel like some nail techs are just use to pumping out over priced mediocre quality work because they like to take advantage of the Scottsdale zip code. Not to mentioned he cut my cuticle 🙁
