i went in to get acrylic nails done with my sister on 6/10. while i may take her back to get her nails done again considering the work on her was top quality, my experience wasn’t on the same level. the man who did my nails seemed in a rush to catch up with the other stylist. he cut my nails to a bit longer than my desired length which was completely fine, but then filed them almost completely down to my fingers. the sides of my natural nails were filed down to the point that they are raw and painful, even a day later. they’re not what i wanted at all. The nails themselves are pretty, but way too short. if my fingers weren’t left raw, with bits of acrylic going down onto the skin of my thumbs, i wouldn’t have been writing this review. i can deal with nails that are shorter than i wanted. but my fingers being left raw and bleeding is not worth $60, so i will not be coming back personally .

Im sad making this review cause I have actually gone here for years but I came in yesterday to get a mani pedi and the pedicure was fine the guy doing it seemed in a bad mood and was rough but it looked good but then he started my manicure. I had a full set of acrylics on and wanted them removed and just a regular gel manicure on my natural nail which I stated several times. He started removing them and then started talking with another man and they were pointing at me so I had no idea what was going on. He gets up and leaves and after a while another woman appears and takes over. She just cut down the acrylic tips but left the acrylic base on my nail and just painted over it. She also kept hurting me and burning me with the nail filer and i kept telling her that really hurt but didnt listen. My nails look jagged from the acrylic base being on and the tips just being cut ofd and thats not what i wanted at all i wanted my natural nail im not sure why she left it like that and i still paid for an acrylic removal. They are uneven and jagged from not being properly removed all the way

This is the worst customer service you will find they did my mom’s nails horribly and the guy called her stupid after she asked if he had an attitude with doing her nails. He was pretty much in a rush to leave and they were even gonna charge still her for the removal.even after they didn’t finish doing her nails. Even before that, they left her hanging waiting while he was working on fixing someone else’s nails without telling her that he would be back and asked if she wanted to come back the next day. Just very unprofessional service no one even apologized .

Over all very friendly quick to help you when you walk in and seat you. I never wait long for a worker to start on my toes or nails. You don’t need an appointment they have a kids area both my girls are under 10 and they love it. And they always do an excellent job for them as well. I don’t know if there is a restroom I have never needed one. Next time I go I’ll check.
