Customer service was good. End product was not. The tech was nice, but it didn’t seem like she knew what she was fully doing. She scraped the excess acrylic off the top of my nail with her thumb, leaving a weird shaped tip. My nails have no curve to them, they’re just flat. I asked for coffin and got square. The gel color was light, so multiple coats had to be applied, and she only did 2, and you can still see through the color. My nails are kind of lumpy because she didn’t even drill the top. The gentleman at the front asked to see, noticed a problem and said he would have her redo my thumb. It was beyond my thumb that was messed up. I didn’t have time for her to redo my thumb. He offered for me to come back anytime to have it fixed, but my entire set was messed up. I paid and left. I appreciate the offer, but one finger getting fixed wasn’t enough.

This was my first time getting my nails done here after reading good reviews. I am very happy with my dip powder pink and white ombré. The photos shown are from today (8days later) after getting them done last weekend and they are holding up nicely. I am a nurse and work with my hands a lot so durability is very important to me. My right thumb nail top coat is barely starting to chip after 8 days but other than that they still look great.

I ended up in the wrong place, but I still give it a try. Big mistake!
I get so anxious when people rush me to decide what services I want. I barely couldn’t understand what the host was saying. I decided to get just nail polish since I already felt uncomfortable. The person that did my toe nails was okay, My toes looked very nice and dried perfectly, and the guy did my nails, which wasn’t nice. He did put a lot of acetone on the nail polish because it was dry. He didn’t put a hard clear coat over after he finished. He keeps saying, “Don’t touch! but I wasn’t even touching my nails. We were a group of 4, and we didn’t enjoy it at all. In other places with a hard coat, my nails dry in a few minutes, here in the other side, I ended up with ugly nails!
They were soft even “after them dried,” those peel like orange skin.
So, I’m not going back for sure!

I came as a walk in on Mother’s Day for a Mani & Pedi with gel polish. Mary clipped my cuticles to the point of pain repeatedly, even though I told her to be gentle aftern the first incident. Pictures will show the injuries and peeling skin I did not have prior to this appointment. I don’t naturally get much cuticles overgrowth so it was like she was searching for something to cut and just did too much. Leo worked on my feet. I asked him to turn up the temp on the water, it was barely warm at all, into a cold stone bowl so the warmth was just not there. My feet sat in cold water the whole time even though I asked him to turn up the temp. He was doing ok, but then when Mary finished my finger nails, he went for a cigarette break and she went to town on my toes, over clipping again like on my fingers. It was painful 😣 and my cuticle edges are sore this morning. Leo came back trying to help with things like removing towels but did not wash his hands first and the cigarette smell was terrible 🤢
The environment was nice and relaxing & I didn’t have to wait long to be seen, and they did a decent job with the gel polish – but it was not a pleasant, relaxing experience. Cold water, pain and feeling like I wasn’t listened to. If I go back, I don’t want Mary or Leo 😕
