I started coming here because my last nail shop kept disappointing me. So far I’ve had good experiences as long as I make an appointment before hand. The staff is friendly and do good work. Linh does really good designs and her work lasted me 3/4 weeks last time I came in. She did my chrome French tip nails and I was in love!

My clear/pink nails were done by Alvin the first time I came in. I’m very picky and ask for adjustments but they don’t make me feel like I’m irritating them when I do which goes a long way. If you’re thinking about it try them out!

I called to ask the price before I go. The recipient told me the full set is about 75 dollars. After me and my friends finished. They told me my nail is 190 dollars. It’s crazy. The price didn’t match their website price they post. They don’t have a price list in the store. One girl called the boss to give us 10 percent off. But it still too much. The service and the quality didn’t match the price. They even make up the price when we request the receipt because they don’t even have a formal receipt, they write the receipt and it doesn’t match the price they explained to us before. And after we get a receipt they call the police to make us leave. I talked to the police, even they think the price is too high and tell us to call the better business to complain. Definitely won’t go back. If you see this comment and still want to go, make sure to show them the style you want before they do it and ask the price. You better let them write down the price first. It’s a really tricky store. And totally the worst nail experience I ever had.

I loved everything about my experience everyone was professional and the guy that did my nail designs was awesome even though I had a full set prior to this fill in that was horrible he reshaped them and did his thing! The lady that started me off was soo sweet and gentle too. I just love it and I’ll be back.

Freshened up today with Jenny and she absolutely slayed this look. I gave her the inspo pic with some personal modifications and she did not disappoint (she never does though)

I’ve been here a few times, and the work is mostly good. The first 3 times, I just got pedicures with friends. The last 2 times, I went by myself for pedicures and a full set. The quality of service and hospitality varies drastically between staff members and time of day. When I went in the afternoon and evenings, the ladies were more interactive and welcoming. In the mornings, they were ill-prepared and not very friendly for the most part. No matter the time of day, they always seem to rush the services. To the point that during 3 separate experiences, on the pedicures, they had to be reminded of the hot stones (twice), paraffin wax (twice), or top coat of polish.
When I went in for a full set, I showed 2 or 3 inspiration photos, but they didn’t have the supplies to do cat eye, colored stones, or chromes. So, I ended up with a basic set with 1 nail design. The work was fine, just not what I wanted, but I needed my nails done at that time.
I probably wouldn’t recommend this salon if you’re looking for designer or creative sets, but to each their own.
