I’ve been coming here awhile and normally I have no issue but this last visit thoroughly upset me. I was there over 2 hours and this is the new set that I was charged for. Besides it looking nothing like what I asked for, the paint job is the worst, especially considering the price. I had plans that day which required me to leave or else I would have stayed until they were right. I went back two days later to have this fixed. In addition to this sloppy work, two of the nails chipped in just 2 days. I sat in there another two hours for a polish change and was told it would be full price of $40. Of course I disputed that because I’m not paying for a mistake that’s not mine. They offered to take off EIGHT dollars. I planned on tipping the lady who serviced me the second time but they still told me I had to pay them at least $20 for the polish change. I expressed the $20 needed to go towards the lady as a tip but I doubt they will. Unfortunately, that meant the nail tech did not get a tip because I did not pay anything more.
I understand there will be times mistakes happen, but they did a horrible job handling this. I’ve been coming here for years and spent thousands of dollars at this point.
4 hours and $100+ later and I’m still not all the way thrilled about my nails.
Also, know they charge you a fee if you pay using a card.

I have gone to Julia for about a year and have known her from a previous job. She does amazing work and I will always recommend her to anyone that is looking for a nail tech that can do designs or just want overall great customer service I have never left there unsatisfied! The photos are just some of the work she has done! I didn’t get pictures of the others !

Not impressed at all with this place. This was my first time going, Me and about 3 others waited over an hour to be helped. Service was fine, felt very over charged for the basic set I received, then 3 days later my nails were already chipped on the sides. And one nail broke off in my sleep. I take precaution to upkeep my acrylics so I was irritated I’ve never had my nails be in this condition after 3 days, so I call and ask for a refund so I could just go somewhere else, they said they don’t offer refunds but offered to fix my nails, so I made an appointment the same day. I walk in and waited at the desk and every single employee ignored me like I was literally invisible and even helped customers around me. I just sign in and sit down, I sit down for 20 minutes after my appointment time, still being ignored, until I finally said something to one of the employees. The technician that fixes my nail is clearly rushing, and the nail was a completely different shape from the rest of my nails. Complete waste of my time and money, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody. The photos are how my nails looked after 3 days.

The nail salon looked nice, but the first technician provided poor service, didn’t listen to customer needs, and rushed through the services. The lady at the front desk was very helpful she provided me with another nail tech. Susan was kind enough to finish my pedicure, and I appreciate her assistance. However, I’m visiting from another state and would have loved to have had a good experience without having to complain.

visited this salon the day before NYE, an hr and a half before closing. at the front counter I asked for a gel full set. I get in the chair and the tech asks what color I want, I said a blush pink and she starts putting colored acrylic on my nails which I did not ask for. she rushed through the entire process, barely doing any drilling on my nails. charged me $55 and 3 days later the acrylic was lifting and looking crusty around the cuticles. will never go here again.
