This review is not for the entire store, just the nail tech I went too… I only came because it was a Sunday my usual shop is closed. I could tell the girl that did my nails is inexperienced, I hated my nails mainly the shaping and filing part. I could not stay longer to get them fixed and wait on someone else to do them so I corrected her a few times, paid and left my eyebrows are horrible too (same lady) I literally held back my tears in the shop and cried when I left … all I will say is if you go ask for the owner or u better know someone experienced

Absolute disappointment! They are solely in this line of work for the money. Rushed job all the way through the process. A small ugly man walks in straight to me (mind you I’m all the way in the back) and says “you won nail done” yes exactly how I said it🥴 no hello miss, a simple wave nothg just straight to asking a question. They’re rude & the lady who did my nails smh WOW, nvr ever again!

Got my granddaughter’s nails done. Tips and gel nails cost $32. That was on December 2nd, I think. Well here we are at December 21st and they are all still on and the look great. I got her the American manicure with a couple of nails with glitter on them. Loved it!!
One if the young men in the shop did her nails 💅.

I would highly recommend going elsewhere to get nails done. They use the same file as previous clients on you, their equipment is not properly disinfected. They are cheap with the amount of materials that they use.

I got my nails done on a Friday afternoon. Paid $98 for a gel pedi and full set. The nail tech was very lazy with her technique as my nail broke off at the tip due to the lack of glue on Saturday, I contacted the salon, when I arrived they were already closed, Sunday I was unable to make it in time before they closed so I contacted them today (Tuesday) she “the owner” stated that I would have to pay. Not just that, my nail polish started to bubble after only 4 days of me having my nails done.

When I contacted the owner, she stated that I would have to pay due to the negligence of her staff member. I was suppose to go get my nails redone, but between working two full time jobs.. however the owner is claiming I have to pay for the repair that her negligence employee did is ridiculous. I guess if you aren’t a regular they don’t provide you with super good service just the basic.

The nail technician I want to didn’t know what she was doing. She must’ve thought my nails had acrylic and then proceeded to file my nails with the electric file. She took my nails down so low to my nail bed , and omg it feels like I only have one layer of nail left. Every thing I touch hurts, when I wash anything, it hurts and etc… They have the nerve to talk about me in my face, and want me to pay for a whole new service. I’m not coming back, I don’t think you should go there with natural nails. In case you didn’t get this part, they’re out for themselves don’t spend your money here.

After one week of having my natural nails done, I have 8 broken nails that they say they can’t do anything for. I PROMISE if I didn’t have a job ,my job would be protesting this awful establishment. I am ABSOLUTELY done with this place. Anytime I’m around people who want their nails , I’d refer to anywhere but here.
