I spoke to Kevin (the manager) he was the rudest person I’ve ever spoke with. I got my nails there and one of the nails literally popped off of my fingers the next day but I was on vacation out of country so when I return after a week I went to back to get it redone, he argued so much and refused to give me any refund back or didn’t even for any discount to get it redone. Nails aren’t cheap these days and I paid $80 juts for it to come off the next day. Really disappointed.

It was a Friday, a long week and the staff at Apple Nails helped me to relax and ease into the weekend with a Spa/Organic pedicure and beautiful SNS nails purchased for the first time. They did a great job and kept me laughing the entire visit. They have been taking care of my feet and hands for 25 years and would recommend if you’re ever in the area

I’ve supported Apple Nails since they were in the smaller unit of the shopping center couple doors down. My visits have been less frequent the past year or so because I have grown unhappy with the service, but my daughters like to go because of the children’s spa chairs from time to time so Im forced. I won’t be back after today because every time I go Im mad at myself. Yes, it is very clean. Yes, everyone is pretty friendly for the most part; and most technicians are skilled enough to do a decent job. But after years of service you’d think they had better customer service and valued you a bit more. I’ve made appointments with my 2 daughters (under 10) and been made to wait 45 minutes to be serviced on more than 1 occasion. Just say you don’t have availability! Today my daughter’s $27 mani/pedi literally took 10 minutes.. I don’t care how old she is, it shouldn’t be rushed and still cost the full price. My technician carried on an entire conversation on her Apple Watch while she painted my toenails with the other hand. My total after tip was $150 and for that kind of money I’d rather spend it where I’m valued. I’m just no longer a fan of the experience, especially as a repeat client so I’ll find somewhere else with kids chairs to be loyal to.

Best salon in Charlotte. Gel manicure lasts 3 weeks w/o chipping. Beautiful hand painted nail art, too.

Pros: 1. This nail studio is very clean and will decorated. You are better with friendly customer service.
2. The nail technicians are talented.

Cons: 1. Dishonest pricing practices. The price is determined by whatever the nail tech feels like charging. I ended up paying $85 for a SNS French stiletto set. This is the second nail salon that I’ve gone to and experienced this. Lesson learned. Ridiculous.

2. They should have been upfront about the pricing and when you question it, they surround you in an intimidating way. I don’t know if it’s intentional, but it feels uncomfortable.

I don’t live in Charlotte, but I occasionally visit and will never go back here. Ever!

If you’re cool with the unfair pricing, go. They do great nails.
