Shellac pedicure was great, but my manicure was a huge disappointment. Asked for almond shape and as you can see, that’s not what I received at all. Bigger issue – I was knicked so badly during trimming that the skin outside of my cuticle ripped open and would not stop bleeding. I was really patient with the tech telling her it was okay (people make mistakes, more important things than getting upset over this etc) but she wouldn’t even make eye contact with me, was seemingly rushing, and she took the blood contaminated solution my hand was soaking in and poured it INTO my pedi bowl. I was shocked and sat there paralyzed the entire rest of the service. On top of that, when I told the front desk about the service experience, they didn’t even offer me a discounted rate. All in all, an incredibly disappointing experience, I feel ripped off. Absolutely not worth over $100.

Great experience. Second time getting gels, first in Seattle. Irene was my tech & she was so thorough. Took the entire hour. She was really sweet. Mostly didn’t engage with me but we shared a few friendly laughs/exchanges throughout our time. The final result looks great, maybe a little thicker than I’m used to but I’m new to gel & she had to put a white coat under the color to make it pop. Id definitely be back. Seems like a good deal.

Booked a group appointment and gave them an $80+ deposit. Some of our group arrived late due to an emergency. We spoke with them and let them know we’re on the way. We showed up and they told us they’re keeping our deposit because we’re late. The front desk girl was incredibly rude and entitled. They don’t do dip or acrylics which is bizarre. Will not return and would not recommend anyone to visit here.

I always have a lovely experience here when I get standard manicures or pedicures here. The team here is efficient and the services always make me feel so pampered! The prices are certainly fair too!

After first time here getting gel, the polish started chipping within a few days, I decided to give them another chance due to location convenience, but the same thing happened! I always take gentle care of my nails, gel usually lasts me 3-4 weeks without chipping but it seems like the quality isn’t as high as their price is..
