Did a great job on my nails. I have a light pink shimmery color with no designs or two tones etc. I looked at the service menu and it said 39$ for a full set, I should’ve known already that is too good to be true, I asked the receptionist if it was really 39$ and she said yes but there are taxes and add on costs depending on the color. I thought maybe it’ll be an extra ten dollars? But after getting my set it came to 75$.
Maybe I’m missing something, but it seems to me 35$ for taxes is blown out of proportion. I really like my nails but I’ll be going somewhere a little less expensive and true to advertisement.

The best thing I can say is the salon is beautiful. My nails are NOT. I picked a simple design, he said he couldn’t do it, so I picked something even more simple & he seemed even leery to do that one but agreed. ALL of my nails are uneven, they’re bumpy and you can feel (&see!!) ridges under the paint. I had to point out on at least 8 fingers and sometimes twice where he was not painting to the edge and just simply not paying attention. The edges are rough, the underneath edges still have white acrylic build up from filling. I was very polite and very vocal but he would not listen, and didn’t seem capable of doing it honestly. It was my first and last time here, guaranteed!!!!

I’m disappointed no one has contacted me or wanted to make up for this experience as I have given them so much business, the night I came in I brought 3 others with me. $100+ for uneven nails, cuticles were not cleaned up & made me bleed in 4 different spots where there weren’t any hangnails. It’s been a few days and my nails are still hurting. My toes seemed fine to go, no one said anything, and then I came home to them smudged. Alee, who did them kept pointing out everything that was wrong with my nails & feet but had them looking like this when I left.. this was not a relaxing or enjoyable experience and I would really like my money back. No one should have to pay for this.

My nails came out fine. Questioning the cleaninliness of this establishment. Love the ease and ability to get in. However, I do not see any new files, clippers, or towels. Nothing I saw was new or clean. The technician I had was unable to give me colored French tips. Unlike the salon on West Lane, I was not offered complimentary water.

Today was the second time I came to this spa. My husband came with (and he did like the results), and I saw Tom. Tom is a natural in that the results of my dipped nails was quite beautiful. I also like that you have a bar, and more important that I can walk-in and get seated quite fast. And even MORE impressive is that you are open on SUNDAYS!!!
I will return and pretty sure this will be my go-to place.
Third visit was the best! Nice fall colors painted by Tom .
