I highly recommend Chino at the Brookfield, WI location. I was recommended a year ago to go to him and I’ve been returning for every nail fill since. Some of my favorite things about going to him is that he nails the square shape and length for me every time, he is extremely punctual and efficient, is very kind, and has introduced me to new styles of nails – like this french ombré attached. I am impressed at the extra level of service- he’s always addressed me by name, always has the cell phone stand out and is understanding when I have to take a remote meeting, and remembers the beverage I get every time. Most importantly he has built up my nail underneath to be super strong. When he removes the dip from the previous fill, I can see how long the nail is and it even is strong when the nail is clipped shorter. If you can’t tell – I have so many great things to say.. I highly recommend.

I got a gel polish Pedi and Mani on Friday 3/15/24. When I got home I noticed a few of my nails looked like they had air pockets under the top coat on a few of my finger nails and toes. I called and left a message, no one got back to me. I called the next day
and spoke with a front desk person who said they would speak with management and get back to me, still haven’t heard back from anyone. Well today when I got out of the shower this happened, photos below, now I just want my money back😡😡😡

I just went here for the first time and sadly will not be a returning customer. The first photo is what I asked for and the following are what I received. I have had many dipped manicured and none that have ever come out so thick, as well as the finishing too coats coming out bubbly and uneven. The lines that were drawn to outline the French tip are uneven and smudged, and don’t even follow the outline of the French tip in some spots. Overall just very not worth the $75 charge that this was plus tip.

I love this nail salon. They have a lot of chairs, and pretty much always take walk in’s. It’s very clean and tidy. The salon is light and airy too, and they offer a drink service. I go to the salon all the time and I highly recommend it.

Just like with everything in life though there are some things they could work on. First, why “can’t” they take tips from your card? More like “won’t”. Like many nail salons they have an ATM right there for you to use. I would tip more if they took electronic tips like pretty much every other service Industry.

They offer booking online, but don’t have a description of the services (what each package includes) online, and when you come in they try to get you to upgrade so it doesn’t seem to matter what you pick online when you book. When you come into the salon, they ask if you have a reservation, then want your name, but then they make you sign in on an automatic Kiosk. What’s the point of the kiosk if they ask and check for your reservation anyway? When you sign in at the kiosk, you have to Select what service you’re having done. Then when you go to your nail technician they ask which package you selected for your manicure or pedicure. So if you book online by the time, you actually get seated in a chair, you’ve had to say what service you’re having done four times. it seems like they’re trying to use some nicer technology, but it’s not very streamlined and could be more efficient.

Whenever you call the salon, it goes straight to voicemail. So you’re forced to leave a voicemail and then they’ll call you back, but I’ve called the salon in the past year 3 times and never get a call back.

With all this being said it’s still a great salon and you should definitely give it a try! None of the nuances I listed negate the experience.

The nail techs all cut you. This week, a tech named Tracey cut my finger open, it started gushing blood and she did not say a word just dabbed it with a towel and kept going. I was stunned and emailed the salon. My finger is swollen now and in pain. I cannot say this is my first time getting cut here. This is not professional or a safe place to get your nails done.
