I came to this salon to get my nails done for my grandmas birthday party. I’ve gotten my nails done quite a bit before and the experience here started out pleasant and the salon was nice, however my mani and pedi were the worst I’ve ever had. I got gel on my hands and feet and my MIL did too. Within a day our nail polish started to peel off in huge pieces and not only that, my cuticles were not cut and the nail polish was not met to the end of my nail bed or the sides of my nails. It was very juvenile and amateurish. She was also adding nail polish to the tips of my nails and it felt very thick and looked uneven. All around my nails just felt thick. The layering was excessive, yet in some areas I could still see my skin/nail color underneath. My nails also started chipping everywhere after 2 days and every time they asked us to “update services” and “add services” and we said no thank you, the whole process felt like it was being very rushed. I had bumps and bubbles in the gel nail polish and before I could say anything, the lady got up and cleaned up the station. I’m not sure what the training is for mani pedis here or what experience they require people to have, but me and my MIL had 2 different people and 2 bad experiences. I did like the salon itself but other than that, it’s not enough for us to return. My gel nail polish always lasts me a month++ so this was very off putting that it lasted barely 24 hours. I would not recommend here.

I’ve come back to update this review to 1 star because 2 stars was too generous. After 4 days the pedicure polish was chipped all over and my dip nails are already lifting. For $100 dollars (before tip) this is absolutely ridiculous. I work from home. Nothing in my routine has contributed to this outcome. It’s been 4 days!!!

Very disappointing service and nails! 2 stars because the lady who did my manicure was incredibly kind. However, the last photo shows what I asked for and the middle photo was the end result. She used dip powder for the white tips, which I think made them look way too thick. Also the shape of my nails is not what I wanted.

The pedicure is the primary reason for the poor review. It looks awful… cakey and messy polish and I was told it would be an extra $5 to have dead skin removed from the bottom of my feet. Their most standard pedicure is $36 and says it includes dead skin removal and callus removal. There were no calluses to be removed yet I had to ask for dead skin removal on my heels.

I mustered up the courage to say I wasn’t happy with my pedicure and she cleaned up some of the polish off my skin.

Overall I will not be coming back here. There’s lots of options in the area and for $100 I hoped to leave feeling cute.

I always recommend this salon to all of my friends and now there are like 6 of us who come in every few weeks to get our nails done. The service is always spectacular, everyone is so sweet, and they do an AMAZING job every time on our nails. Emily is the best nail tech! We also love Quin, Van, and David!

If I could leave 0 stars I would! The quality is not bad, I had been going to this nail salon for years. But Just this week I had the most unpleasant experience I’ve ever had at any nail salon. First of all, They kept pushing me to add on extra service which I did end up doing. But the worst part was that When I was paying, (with card) the manager told me my total, I then inserted my card and then the tip option came up to which I told the manager “I have cash for tip” keep in mind he was holding the card reader the WHOLE TIME, and he flipped it over and took my cash.

Then, the next day to my surprise I saw that the amount processed from my card was $10 extra what my total had been. I called right away and explained this to the same manager who took care of my transaction. I thought he would be understanding and just refund me the tip that was charged on my card by accident because I had given him cash tip. He proceeded to say that I was the one who must have accidentally selected the extra tip option when “handing the card reader back to him” which was completely impossible as he was the one holding the reader the ENTIRE TIME. he proceeded to give me attitude saying “I’m not gonna stand here and argue with you, if you really need your $8 back that YOU TIPPED, you need to come here & I will show you what happened although it takes VERY long for that to go through”

I was very shocked at his rude behavior and told him to forget it I was never going back there again. I have no problem with tipping for my service, my issue is the fact that he took an extra tip from my card and tried saying it was MY doing.

So if you are choosing to go here for service , keep in mind that they will most likely be stealing your money if you choose to pay with card!!! The manager is also very rude if you complain about anything at all. If there’s anything that I would improve it’s replacing that horrible man as manager .

best nail salon i’ve found always good quality nails and they always listen to my input on design and shape. super nice ppl been going there for 8 months.
