I was told by my sister who lives here to come to this nail salon to get a fill. The establishment was beautiful, and that is what you are paying for…the lavish decor. The staff was not welcoming, and I did not see 1 smile from anyone that worked there. My nailtech did not even converse with me, and did not offer me anything to drink. I paid $65 for a fill and am truly disappointed at what I got. The French tip is crooked on several hands and is already chipping.

My daughter and I went to Anthony Vince to get our toes and fingernails done before going on vacation. Within 48 hours my daughter’s gel was off on multiple nails, within 72 hours it was all off and her toes were chipping horribly. My toes had chipped by this point. Within 4 days my gel was chipping. I reached out and was asked for pictures, which I had of my daughter only. I was told the only thing they would do is allow my daughter in for a polish change. I was offered this 2 weeks after I initially reached out. They also made this very hard because I didn’t have a receipt because I didn’t ask for one. This is so disappointing because I used to recommend this place to everyone. Pics are from 48 hours. I don’t pics 72 hours after.

Friendly techs, nice environment (construction next door due to expansion), decent pricing and services. My first visit I booked via website the evening prior and they confirmed within a couple hours. Did the AV pedi and an acrylic full set with gel. Gave me what I asked for without being pushy of other services/products. Today I was able to get a walk-in with no problem during the morning, although I heard they get more busy during the summer. Had a different tech who did a fill with gel color change, did just as well as the first tech and I am happy with the results.

I gave one star, because it wouldn’t let me give 0 stars…. literally worst pedicures we have ever had. We have had many pedicures in other establishments in the area, and this was by far the worst.
They use rubber gloves and a little squirt of lotion to do their version of a leg and foot massage, which made my leg feel like it was burning from the friction because she just rubbed in one spot for 5 minutes. The massage chairs sit at an acute angle which is not comfortable, and the massage options are not ideal or relaxing. They are not friendly at all and when they ask you to do something it is in a curt manner. The pedicure literally took 20 minutes and was $38 for the cheapest spa massage. When the girl was finished she just walked away, and I was like, well ok then, guess I’ll get up and go to the dryer. I did not leave a tip, and I never do that, but I saw absolutely no reason to give any extra money for the worst pedicure ever! Its safe to say we will never go back to this salon again.

This place has a nice interior and it’s cool that they have a little bar. Water is luckily free. The tech did a nice job on my pedicure! We found out after getting there that tips are cash only. There is an ATM on site but (as you probably know) it will incur fees.
