I came for dip service. June who did my dip was rude. And the dip was very THICK. Then I come back 3 weeks later to get a gel manicure and to soak off the thick dip that June did. Ana who soaked off my DIP & did my gel manicure. Did a good job. But she proceeded to charge me $10 for the removal of the dip even thought the price is $5 with service. She claims since it took her so long to remove and that it was SO THICK because one of YOUR employees made it that way she thought it should be $10. I go up to the front to pay the receptionist. I tell her my issue. She said, “yeah I don’t know.” I will not be back here to spend my money. The service was good but these people are gross.

Absolutely obsessed with this place. I have bounced from salon to salon to find what I want and I can proudly say I have found the nail haven! They are quick and very professional. One time I went for a gel fill, and she realized a lot of my nails were starting the beginning phase of falling off (and honestly I was due for one), she was able to get me a new set and gel design in 50 minutes. Incredible! Many of my requests are made exactly how I like them because they are so good. One of my issues with other salons is most are never able to get the right shape I want, almond. Every time I’m here I don’t have to worry. It’s just a relief and how visiting the nail salon should be! There are many color options for your nails, a bar, not to mention the interior is absolutely beautiful. You are getting your moneys worth!!

I originally decided to go to this location 1. Because it was so close to where i live (only 5 minutes away) and 2. Because the salon has such good reviews. The receptionist was very nice, let me know there was at least and hour and a half wait so i could sit and wait, or i could leave my number and she would call me when im next. I left my number, went home and not even 10 minutes after arriving home (15-20 mins after leaving my number), the receptionist called and let me know id be next. So i thought awesome! That works out! So i headed back, went in and she told me to just take a seat and theyd come get me. An hour and 15 minutes later, they then brought me back.
So strike one on my irritation building.
Once it was my time, everything started out well. The lady doing my nails was nice, i showed her what i wanted, she explained the designs i wanted on top of getting the full acrylic set would cost more, so she was very forthcoming about it costing more than i originally thought, which made sense to me. She offered me a beverage, and began her work. Then this is where i started feeling uneasy. She was very good and clean, but she was VERY rushed. She didn’t knick my fingers at all, but she didnt bother pushing my cuticles back, she wouldnt brush away the nail dust before applying the next product, and she also barely got near my skin at all, even with the product. So my nails look like ive had them for over a week, and its only been not even 3 days. I had gel designs put on top of the acrylic, and every time she had me cure it, she’d only let me have them in there for 15-20 seconds at a time before rushing me to switch hands so she could work on the other hand and did that at least 10 times before i lost count. By the time we were done, it was 7pm and their closing time is 8pm, so i have no idea why she was rushing so bad! Like I said, im on day 3 of these and already the design on my thumb rubbed off where the gel bubbled because of her either applying to thick or not letting it cure like it shouldve. Ive booked for a new place to fix the nails in Canton, mind you 40 MINUTES FROM ME, vs right down the street from me (i work in canton, i know i could find somewhere closer, but this place im going to ACTUALLY has good reviews).

I never post reviews, especially bad ones about places, but nails are something important for women and men. They are confidence boosters, something we love to show off and people look at all the time. This is my first time going and getting my nails professionally done, I always did them myself because i was always worried of this happening. Its not absolutely atrocious, its not life altering, but it is just a very disappointing result from such a high rated salon head. This specific branch really needs to work on not rushing. Youre being paid. And you’re putting your work on someones hands for everyone to see. Make something youre proud of.

Went this morning as a walk-in and was helped right away. Everyone was very kind and knowledgeable about the different services they offer. Building and workstations are kept neat. It even smelled nice inside, like essential oils. Mon did my acrylics and he was very kind and skilled. I love my nails and it was well worth the money. Make sure to ask for Mon he was awesome! Will definitely be coming back.

2nd impression not so great.. after having a great pedicure here not to long ago I decided to come in for a full set. I wanted white tips in a French style. I got painted instead of powder and a very sloppy set at that. No clean up and a lot of not straight/ crooked nails. On top of that she asked if I wanted gel and I said no but I got charged for gel anyways. How does this place make any business?
