Great salon, very relaxing and the nail techs conversate with you. They didn’t prep correctly, i do my own nails from home so I know the professional and correct procedure but I ran out of supplies and went with my sister. No cuticle removal or correct nail dehydration and primer. 🤦🏻‍♀️ My pinky nail was hit with a box, it was barely even hit across and my finger started gushing blood. The acrylic was applied wrong and it ripped off my actual nail with it. Below are photos of before and after ONE WEEK of having these nails. I only have one thumb left.

I never write reviews but i had such an awful experience i had to. This is my second time coming to this salon first time was great so i decided to go back worst mistake lol. I walk in and ask for a gel manicure and pedicure (mind you there was 1 other person in the salon). She guides me to the pedicure chair reclines me all the way back mind you im 9 months pregnant and you can tell so I was already uncomfortable leaning that far back. I move the chair a bit forward bc I’m Literally staring at the ceiling this annoys the tech since my legs aren’t all in the air and she proceeds to lean me again all the way back where it was hurting my belly. Another tech comes up and says they can’t do a gel manicure bc they’re short staffed even tho 2 other techs were sitting down on their phones. My tech that is doing my toes proceeds to move me half way across the salon into a rolling chair and has my legs so far up my knees are touching my chest and my 9 month belly is hurting I’m trying to get comfortable but as you can tell it’s annoying the tech. She ask if I’m ok I say no I’m uncomfortable she then proceeds to go back to do what she was doing with my toes and again cuts me. Another lady comes in at 12 and the owner im assuming tells her she’s an hour late to her appointment and was so rude about it while the customer was trying to explain that she made it at 12 not 11 like she always does. Prices are decent but the techs are so rude and not worth the hassle. I left there and went to a different nail salon elegant nails and they were wonderful!

Ann’s Nails is by far the best nail place in Conroe, in my opinion. I always have Ann do my nails and she does the most amazing job. I will never go anywhere else for my nails or have anyone besides Ann do my nails for me. Everyone on the staff is excellent at what they do and they make you feel like family, plus the prices are amazing… Especially for the absolutely incredible job they do on them. I never leave there disappointed!

It was incredibly relaxing! The salon’s cleanliness and hygiene standards are exceptional, giving you peace of mind during your visit. I loved their manis !! Clean establishment and very friendly! I have been going to Ann’s Nails for a while now for both manicures and gel nails The salon is a great place to get a quick and efficient manicure or pedicure.

Thank you Ann’s Nails for always making my experience a great one. So sweet and do many different colors and options to choose from! What a great experience my second time at this salon and I love how my nails look so obsessed with design and technique The staff is very nice & know their customers by first name. They offer flexible appointment options, including evenings and weekends.
