Update: Avoid going there without an appointment. Thought I’d walk-in this morning to get a refill. There were three nail techs with a single customer. I was asked to come back. Guess no one there could do acrylic nails. Total bummer and waste of time.

Oldeelr post: Randomly stopped by here after doing my hair. I got the uv gel filling ($80). Really please with the nails. Looked so natural and chic. Nice place and staff.

Management please open your doors and be prepared to service all requests.

What began as a delightful pampering experience quickly devolved into a disheartening display of disrespect.
Initially, I was a loyal client, generously tipping for the attentive service. However, an abrupt interruption to accommodate a walk-in client during my time schedule set off a chain of events that left me feeling devalued.
Complaints fell on deaf ears, and subsequent attempts to book appointments were met with dismissive excuses, even though the place was practically empty. It’s a pity that this establishment prioritizes convenience over cultivating a loyal clientele.

My nails lasted a month. That’s crazy. Lol
I loved how detailed and meticulous they are. They do it right!!!!! Won’t go anywhere but here when I need my nails done ♡

Could not be happier with my experience here. Took 8 – 7-9 year old girls for a birthday party for mani/pedis and everyone was so wonderful and patient with them. They did a fantastic job and even put some little designs on their nails.

I usually do my nails in Elizabeth but I wanted to support my local businesses since I live in Bloomfield. Big mistake with this nail salon. I got a pedicure and acrylic nails. I usually show my lady in Elizabeth a picture of what I want and my nails come out exactly as the picture. The third picture here is what I showed here . The others show what I received. My nails even came off less than a week later. The pedicure was horrible. One coat on my toenails that came off easily. And my boyfriend paid $107 for this nonsense, about $20 more than what I pay in Elizabeth for quality work. I feel like we were robbed!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!
