What started out to be a great experience all ended with the failed attempt at a French manicure. The pedicure was ‘ok’ – pretty nail color. HOWEVER, if a service is listed on your price list I’m expecting that service to be perfected or at least close to it. I asked for a French manicure which didn’t seem to be a problem until I realize Julie was struggling and started saying how difficult it is. Then why advertise it as a service you provide?? I kept asking her to make corrections (eg crooked line, missed polish on the side of my nail, etc) and she was obviously getting frustrated but it was clear this isn’t something she’s adept at providing! See the pics and believe me, it looks even worst in person. I’ve never had someone ‘freestyle’ a French manicure before and perhaps that’s the problem. I ended up with crooked lines, missing polish on the sides of some nails, not enough white at the tips of some, product getting on my cuticle/skin that wasn’t cleaned up. Her attitude at the end too was very distasteful- ain’t my fault u don’t know what you’re doing and charging for a service u have no business providing. Leave the french manicures for the PROFESSIONALS! Funny enough, had her attitude been better at the end I still would’ve given her a tip for effort, but no way. I still paid full price and that’s fine, they can totally have that! Just totally changed my perspective on this salon and my only regret is not reading the reviews of others. RUN, there’s WAY better out there, don’t settle for this mess!

Mary did a gel fill for me, she fixed a terrible job I’d had done on vacation. My nails, which I had been very unhappy with, are now perfect and I am very happy.
Nancy always gives me a great pedicure too.

Got my pedicure done here. Nothing special compared to other nail salons. They were very quick. Wish they took their time to do it. Never used the callus scratcher. They rushed my girlfriends nail polish looking like it was done by a 2 year old

I took my 90 year old grandma for her first pedicure. We both loved it. The staff is friendly. Everything is clean and it’s a great price

3 stars and this is just based on my experience with the lady that provided this service. 1. Horrible job on my cuticles. 2. I’m still speechless on the paint job. Bubbles and how discombobulated it looks. I went back to ask a question on how to remove this gel polish quick and they scattered and the lady in the front was practically stunned and kinda didn’t know what to respond so I asked if acetone would work and she said yeah. My daughter got her nails done and they’re absolutely perfect and beautiful. Hence why 3 stars and not one. This is based on my experience today with that specific lady. I wish I got her name. But I didn’t. I’ve never left a review before online. I was just so thrown off by the fact that they didn’t even offer to redo them or anything. Also my daughter is 12 and their price list says “12 and under” is a certain price and they charged for hers as an adult. Then try to tell me that oh yeah 12 and up is adult price, like what? Then your list should say “11 and under”. I guess is on me for giving a new place a chance.
