Both times I have came here they have done such a great job on my nails and toes. Amy is sweet and so are the other technicians, very clean establishment and kind staff. My last set lasted two weeks, I also love how Amy perfected the shape due to my fingers not being straight and giving her opinions in how we should do them or colors. Would definitely recommend them to anyone they aren’t always busy which is nice for walk ins.

This is the worst salon I’ve ever been to. I had an appointment made with Amy that I scheduled 2 weeks before the date. My appointment was at 3:45. I showed up 5 min early and I was picking out my color. A guy came up to me and said he will do my nails. I said I had an appointment with Amy. They preceded to tell me to sit down and I would be next. I’m watching Amy do a full set that she’s just starting…at my appointment time. So I wait 30 min while they’re taking off my old dip. They did not remove my dip correctly and there was a bunch of old dip left on my nails when they were done. At this point I had waited 45 min and Amy still was not ready. I said I will just pay for the dip removal and I’m leaving because i had just gotten off work and it was a long day. The whole point of having an appointment was so i didnt have to wait. They charged me $15 for the worst dip removal I’ve ever had. Left my nails looking terrible. I will never go here again and you shouldn’t either! Terrible customer service and they clearly don’t know how to do nails here.

I have never had a bad full set done until today (see photos). Full set gel manicure was done very sloppy, uneven, bumpy, thick, and painful. I typically have a great experience at Anna’s nails but David did a horrible job with my full set. I communicated with him throughout the process, telling him it looked a little bumpy but he kept saying he was going to file it. If I could give it a 0, I would. I showed the other technician at the time of checking out and he said he would take them all off and do them again for me because he agreed they were very bad. I didn’t have time to stay and have them redone so I have to schedule a time to go back and have one of the more experienced technicians redo it. I would recommend being very selective with the technician and being very observant with how they are progressing through your full set if you chose to get your nails done here.

True artists at work here! And friendly too! Vivian is so careful and thoughtful when she does my nails. 💅 and the choice of colors they offer for powder dip is probably the best in Phoenix.
