Even thought this place has some nice people the lady that did my nails Angie was so unprofessional she was in a rush to leave even though I had called hours in advance to get the appointment. That lady paint my nails so bad didn’t even bother to clean the sides and left my french all uneven, she stood up and left before I was doing she didn’t even bother to apply the lotion at the end. Never coming back again.

Completely messed up my arachnid eyebrows.
She did one round on the top and the other one the correct way.
I complained and she said she would fix it
I said no bc I don’t like it round on the top.
When I shade them it’s going to look weird.
Look at this end result. Will not be back to this place.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. they will mess up your eyebrows and tell you that you have a different shape after they ruined it. Plus they’re so harsh and end up hurting your skin. Don’t go please.

new hispanic eyebrow lady cannot thread eyebrows at all. can clearly tell she doesn’t know how to when she spends 30 minutes doing them and cannot follow what i asked for, even when bringing reference photos in. left me with barely any eyebrows on my face when i said to not leave them too thick. uses tweezers more than the actual thread.
