Things I Did Not Enjoy:
– She started a 5 min timer (for my pedicure massage) and made sure to tell me she was starting a timer, but then proceeded to do something else for a solid 30 seconds. I wouldn’t have been counting the minutes, but if you’re going to put a timer on, then please don’t try to skim the customer.
– She didn’t file any of my toes of fingers, so although I asked for square, some of my nails were square and some rounded.
– She was a tad condescending and kept telling me how I had no toe nails for a thick French style-
If there was no nail, why did you charge me $50?
– I was undecided between a gel manicure or dip powder but I told her I’m rough with my hands and she said gel would last 2-3 weeks for me. The photo I’m attaching is literally 24 hours later.
– She tried to upsell me with a pedicure and tell me a gel pedicure was “only $16” more and I kept telling her no thank you.
I really wanted to love this place but I’m pretty upset I shelled out $130 for a gel manicure and regular pedicure and I could’ve done a better job.
