Honestly, I was quite surprised by all the positive reviews this place had. When I went there for the first time yesterday to switch from dip powder to a gel manicure, the nail technician didn’t even bother soaking off the dip powder. Instead he just started pulling them off, which ended up damaging the length of my natural nails. Even though I asked for an almond shape, most of my nails ended up crooked and uneven in length. Some parts even showed my natural nail underneath the color. I feel like I could have done a better job myself.

Angie and her sweet family are the best in town! My nails are always perfect and everyone is friendly and professional!! The area and tools are sanitized and clean. Angie is always gentle unlike other salons in the area! I highly recommend!

I wish I had written this review sooner as Angie, Tony and Nancy are so deserving. I tried many solons in and around Johnson City before landing on Angie’s and I have not looked back. They are by appointment only and I have learned to completely appreciate that for the extremely high quality of service provided. It is actually more important to them to take the best care possible of their regular customers than it is to get as many people through the doors in a day as possible! I can sit, relax and enjoy my service without someone (rudely) chatting away next to me on their cell phone. I actually get a high quality manicure/pedicure which seems to have been lost in this business. Angie’s offers all of the other popular beautiful nail treatment services also but not at the expense of a good quality mani/pedi. I want to let Angie and Tony know how much I appreciate their good care and high quality customer service.
