Was not impressed with the service. Told them what I wanted and showed them pictures from their own Facebook page. They told me they could only do design in gel and charged me $45 extra. Then I was told the design I wanted was actually a paper and I didn’t have to get the gel after already applying it. Then they kept messing up on the paper and screaming at me not to move while I was just sitting there. Finally after 3 different people they gave up and just painted on a small design anyways. For my nail shape I said square with slight rounded edges and they completely rounded them. Then they added on a chrome and asked if I liked it..i said yes then they charged me a additional $10 for the chrome I didn’t even ask for. Won’t go there again.

I made an appointment for 9:40 AM got there sat down showed the lady the nails I wanted. She absolutely ignored the picture and told me I needed to find a solid color didn’t ask me what shape I want on my nails, made my nails too wide on the tips, and after I asked her to make them skinnier, she told me that they weren’t too wide and filed them down the slightest bit.

The staff was really nice, my nails were quite difficult but the lady who did mine did an amazing job and was very understanding “as long as you like them then good” they also did a good job with my sisters

Omg when I say the only guy in the shop of women went above and beyond on my feet I was like sign me up for my next appointment and I was still in the chair 😃 it was everything I imagine and more a little on the pricey side but it was worth it the lady that did my nails was just as great she introduced herself and tried making conversation through the shield and mask and nail tool I couldn’t really here but overall I’m impressed I love my nails 🥰

I do not know the name of the young lady who did my men’s pedicure. She had highlights in her hair and was younger. I just want to let the Business know that she did an amazing job. I was so impressed with her detail work and the time she took. No movement was wasted and she was extremely professional. I highly recommend this business and I plan on going back.
