i used to like coming here but the last few times i’ve been disappointed. based off their body language and attitude no one wanted to work or do my nails and everyone was either asleep on the chairs on their phone the whole time. no clients in the whole store and i still sat down for 10 minutes waiting to get served and was moved several times because no one wanted to work on me. the lady doing my nails paid no attention to me and even left me several times to continue her phone call in the middle of working on my nails. she was so distracted my nails looked nothing like the inspiration pictures i showed her. disappointed in the service and VERY embarrassed for them.

This was my first and last time coming to this nail salon. I went to the lady that sits in the front row all the way to the right. She had an attitude and didn’t make me feel comfortable at all. On top of that, she was rough when removing my dip powder nails and didn’t even soak them in acetone (which is what normally happens when I go to a nail salon). She buffed my nails AFTER putting the top base coat on them which I thought was weird. After leaving the nail salon, I inspected my nails more closely and noticed that you can see buff marks all over them. I am so disappointed in how they came out and I feel like the customer service was terrible. I wouldn’t recommend going here if you want to walk out pleased with your nails.

I’ve had full sets, and dip. Outstanding quality and after my first visit, I was hooked. Prices are reasonable and Lani and the gang takes excellent care of my nails, always exceeding the photos I show her in style, design and fine detailing. Nails last 5+ weeks and do not lift, beads and crystals stay put the whole time. Crazy amount of compliments everyday, everywhere I go! Here’s some photos of what Lani has done. My husband doesn’t understand why I drive 45 minutes to come here, but now you can see why. Thank you!!

I came her to get my feet done , I recieved the lavender package done by Jenny my feet feels brand new. Service was great and they had rnb playing in the background. Nice vibes, clean, and definitely did a great job on my feet.
