Great place! Staff are very friendly. They did an amazing job and always understood my designs perfectly! They made me the most beautiful shellac nails and were very thorough and detailed and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Very satisfied with their service. I will definitely do it again.

Got my nails done and they are crooked, sticking up and all different lengths. Will not return again. I got a simple oval shaped set. With French tip. No my index finger is not crooked, it’s the nail.

I get a gel manicure every three weeks and have also had a few pedicures. My nails have never been in better shape. The staff never rush you and make you feel like a new person afterwards! I would not hesitate to recommend this salon. If you want skilled and quality work, you will find it here.

I had a gel pedicure appointment at 9am. I was immediately sat, but the two nail techs tended to the walks-ins before me. I waited for an hour before anyone started my pedicure.. I should’ve walked out at that point because the service continued to get worse.

The two nail techs switched back and forth during my pedicure, the experience felt rushed and was not relaxing to say the least. The water was scorching hot while I waited that I couldn’t even put my feet in, and by the time they began my pedicure it was ice cold. There was no scrubbing, lotion, or massaging for the $50 pedicure. The polish was uneven, and didn’t even cover the entire nail!

When it was time to pay, I voiced how poor my service was due to quality and wait time. The tech continued to process my payment and Angel, the owner stepped in. She apologized for my experience, and explained that one of their nail techs had the day off so they were short. I was given a $20 voucher for next time. As I was exiting, Angel informed me that I did not pay. I stated that the other nail tech had taken my payment. Angel stated it did not go through properly and attempted to swipe my card multiple times, and each time the pen pad alerted “duplicate transaction.” Angel insisted the payment did not go through and she needed another form of payment. WHICH I SHOULD’VE NEVER DONE. I came back later in the day to show Angel my bank statements verifying I have been charged twice. She said there was nothing she could do at that time, and to call the store when the payments have been posted. Two days later, I tried to call Angel and was immediately sent to voicemail 3 times. When I finally got ahold of her and informed her of the duplicate transactions, she acted is if she didn’t remember this encounter and was no help in getting me a refund. I do not recommend coming here, it was a waste of time and money.

I came here because I’m on vacation in Maryland and couldn’t visit my usual nail tech before I traveled. I went with someone else and when we got there (after making an appointment) we were the only ones there. There were only two people working. The woman who worked on my nails was not very good. She was distracted on her phone for the first half of doing my nails. She did the acrylics weirdly and rushed. It was absolutely mid. I wouldn’t go here again because the nail tech just didn’t seem to care about making my nails look good. I’m disappointed but I guess it’s better than nothing.
