Love this place! When because of the good reviews! I called in booked an appointment and was not disappointed! My nails look great and exactly how I wanted them to!! Definitely recommend! 🙂

I have visited Angel Nails 2x. The first time (July 2023) I had a basic pedicure. The nail tech did a great job and was very friendly. The second time (last Thursday) I requested a matching basic mani and pedi. The technician was friendly but clearly was ready to leave for the day and rushed through my pedicure. She did such a terrible (see pictures and video) that it looked like a child had done it. Lots of bubbles, smears, and rough texture. When I requested that another technician correct them they tried to paint over it. I said that I think it needed redone. She reluctantly redid *only the big toes* and painted over the mess on the others. Because I requested a mani/pedi they had me move from a massage chair to a mani desk while putting my shoes on and smudge the toes with the painted over mess. (They did not offer foam slippers). Because my toenails were smudge they tried to paint over it again and I had to insist that it be redone. They kept rushing through everything with me and it showed on the results of the nails. The manicure was also rushed with messy edges but did not have bumps or bubbles the way the toes did so I left. Yesterday I noticed that my manicure nails were already peeling! Not even one week after getting a gel manicure. I put nail glue under them to try and make it last longer but it just looks so sloppy and I will need to get my nails redone. I am disappointed as I had a great experience at this salon previously but this was a horrible mani/pedi. Waste of money. The worst pedicure I’ve ever received from a salon.

I had a nail that needed repair and I asked for a specific person that I have been coming to off and on for a year. When I arrived, Judy acted like she didn’t know I requested her service over the phone and had a negative attitude that was surprising.

She proceeded to start hurting my nail as she repaired it and when I asked her to be gentler, she said she didn’t feel comfortable and requested that someone else do my nails. I have never had this new person do my nails before, so I didn’t agree, but what was most off-putting was Judy’s bad attitude and standoffish behavior as if had done something wrong.

In any line of business, customer service is the key to good business and returning customers. I will never visit this nail shop again, and I do not recommend it to anyone. The service has gone down in recent months and I also saw a recent review about sanitary concerns with pedicures. Given my recent concern and the concern of the other recent reviewer, I will not be returning back to the shop. I advise all of those looking to get their nails done well and with good customer service and follow through, to seek another salon for more positive experience.

Been here so many times for gel pedicure and always satisfied. I love how they clean and massage my feet and legs, the gel polish also last me very long. Technicians are friendly and gentle, they offered me water and soda sometimes. Very worth the money, highly recommended!

Horrible, I get pedicures all the time and I couldn’t believe how bad my pedicure was here, she spent no time clipping and shaping the nails and then the polish looked like my 4 year old painted them because it was so lumpy and uneven, I was appalled and had them redo it and I was late for my next appointment and had people waiting on me, it was a nightmare of an experience. Don’t go here! $74 dollars for the worst pedicure ever, I couldn’t believe it.
