The woman doing my pedicure pulled out a can of spray lysol and proceeded to “sanitize” a cuticle pusher with it before using it on me. I also believe she used an already-used file on me as well. There’s nothing wrong with reusing the same tools, but they need to be cleaned, sanitized, and sterilized first. Also, the general “vibe” of the shop was pretty bleak. There was no music or any background noise on to make guests feel welcome. TV wasn’t on in the pedicure booth, and most-if not all- of the paintings were hung crooked. Why not take some pride in your business?
