I am very disappointed. I heard so many great things, so I furgured I’d give them a try. After I left I noticed 3 nails were messed up at the bottom. Then less than 24 hours after having them done the color is already chipped. I would not recommend them

I was so sad with the final product…. I had heard so much good things about here and was so excited to try them for my birthday set. My cuticles were flooded with polish, I had acrylic all over the sides, they did not have the matte topcoat that I had requested and the shaping was not well either. The man that assisted me was so nice and kept a great conversation going but the end product was not at all what I hoped for… Customer service and attentiveness was great overall, but my nails just were not great.

I have tried many nail salons in Odessa, and this salon is by far my favorite! Rose did an outstanding dip job, the atmosphere was very friendly and professional. The prices were astoundingly affordable! I will positively go back, and tell others as well.

Overall a good experience..they do things differently from what I am used to. For example, they have you soak off gel gel polish in a bowl of acetone…so your hands are stuck in a bowl for a long time..I prefer having my nails individually wrapped with cotton and foil…also..they had to use the dremel to remove the old gel polish, since it didnt really soak off well..and they didn’t let me wash my hands before applying the polish…so they had to trim the junk out of the corners after the gel had dried…the result for me isn’t as nice as when I wash my hands first. Also…no base coat for my toes…I am used to a clear base to protect nails from staining…it was my first time here…nails do look nice and service was friendly and quick…they just do things their own way…

They do amazing nails and designs, they have very friendly service. My nails didn’t end up being what I wanted…I think I just wasn’t clear but they still looked good.
