Save your money and book somewhere else. I have gone here some times before and typically there are some small imperfections but not much to warrant anything. However the last time I was there Angel (the owner) started my nails and did the shape. I noticed early that it was uneven and asked her to fix them which she agreed. After she shaped them she had another lady paint my nails. Again, my nails were uneven so I asked the new lady to fix them. Once she finished painting I noticed my nails had texture and streaks. So of course before she put the clear coat on I asked for it to be fixed. Angel came and “fixed” them but all she did was add five more layers which hardly fixed them and made them thick. My thumb was the most messed up so she added the most layers there and I asked her to stop but she refused. I was supposed to get gems but I got rushed out of the salon. Afterwards I realized I should not have been charged for these nails, my bf calls to set up an appointment to get them fix. Angel answers and tells him my nails do not need to be fixed and that I am too picky and disrespectful bc she’s the nail tech and knows better and hangs up on him. I am not a rude person, every request I made was sincere and polite. She just associates me asking for things to be fixed as “disrespectful”, despite her policy encouraging customers to voice concerns. She calls him back saying the same things however this time she agrees to make a appointment. He can’t decide when so she tells him to call back. I call to set up a appointment and she doesn’t like that I ask for them to be taken off so she hangs up. She than texts me she can refund $20 or redo them. I go in person and she sets me a appointment to fix them for the next day. Than out of no where she cancels my appointment bc I’m “too picky” and tells me that whoever said my nails were bad (I let her know there were many people who agreed they were done bad and uneven) to do my nails instead.

Just don’t go here, I followed the policy and voiced my concerns to only be met with being called “picky” please look at my nails, and you’ll see I’m not “picky”

This was my first and probably my last time getting acrylics at angel nails. After everything I had to go through to get the nails I wanted, it just wasn’t worth it. they were really nice, but couldn’t do designs very well, and when I asked to get them fixed they were not happy with me at all but this was my first appointment and I didn’t know what to expect, thankfully I had a friend there to help me through the situation even she said she has never had a problem like this at Angel nails, overall I’m thankful that they took the time to fix my nails.

They charged $75 to do my nails with dip and chrome! Outlandish prices! Price gauging! Plus it took 2 hours and it peeled off after one week. Person doing my nails kept answering the phone and assisting other customers during my service. Also, she refused to put polish on the nails unless I received tips which I never had to do in the 15 years I have been getting nails done elsewhere at many salons in many states.

Just got my nails done here! My acrylics were BAD and they fixed them up sooo well! I will definitely be going back!

My nail tech did a great job on my pedi but I cannot believe how rude the receptionist was!!! My granddaughters were just looking at the nail colors. Samples and she literally ripped them out of their hands:.( could have just asked them not to touch ..Won’t be back!! Customer service is definitely not a priority 😑
