I got a pedicure today. The “manager” asked if I wanted my nails cut “I stated please just trim them” needless to say I hardly have any toenails. After cutting them he proceeded to file them into my skin. When I asked him to please stop his exact words” this is why you get pedicures”. He was very rude! So now I have ugly nails! When I complained and told him I was very unhappy and my feet were sore he told me it would be $35 and I had to sign my receipt.

😐 I don’t mind people speaking a different language than me, perfectly fine. But once I was the only one in the building with the workers, a lady and another worker where having a loud conversation, and two of the workers looked at me in shock when they started talking. Idk what they were saying but it was most definitely not welcoming 🙁
