I visited this salon for a regular pedicure and manicure with gel polish. Despite being reassured that one of the employees would finish soon, I ended up waiting for 40 minutes. A woman finished and came to start my pedicure. The man who welcomed me and repeatedly reassured me someone would help soon, started on my manicure during the pedicure. He trimmed my cuticles unevenly and did not apologize when he cut my thumb. I yelped in pain and started bleeding, so it was kind of obvious what had happened. The quality of the pedicure was not bad, and after it was done, I was moved to a manicure station with another woman. The gel manicure was not good; the cuticles were trimmed inconsistently, the polish was uneven, and I felt a bit rushed. Two days later, the polish is starting to chip and peel. At check-out, I was charged for the deluxe pedicure instead of the regular one. Despite the politeness and cleanliness, the long wait, poor quality of work, and incorrect charges make this salon not worth recommending.

This is the only place I go for my nails, and I have been going here for about 4 years I think. I just love the owners, Jimmy and Cindy!! I am picky and they are so accommodating. Always clean and so friendly!
