Customer Reviews:
First of , due to being short staffed, they have very very inexperienced staff. The girl did such a bad job at my pedicure. My 6 yr old does a better nail paint job .She kept applying nail paint and wiping it off – like so many times and still I have unevenly painted toes . I have been wearing socks since then trying to hide them .
The same girl started with the fill for my nails and there were gaps between my nails and extensions and did bulky acrylics. That’s when it totally pissed me off . Then Ana herself came and did my full set . Ana did do good acrylics but with the extension not put in correctly, the nails are super weird. you can see the images with gaps between the extensions and acrylic nails . Dirt keep trapping in it . I hope I don’t get any infections.
Ana is nice sweet lady but my experience was so bad that I might not go again .
I spent over 110$ and now I have to goto another salon to get my nails fixed . They look absolutely horrendous. Bulky weird nails which is chipping off after 3 days now.
Also ,I went in at 2:20pm and was assured that I will be done by 4-4:30pm . I left the place only around 5:30 . I have baby at home and it caused me quite a difficult evening. The salon seems to short staffed but they keep accepting clients and delay everyone . They should have been transparent with wait times and not keep everybody delaying .
The reason for my 3 stars for my 3rd and last visit:
I called and made an appointment for my friend and I and double checked that she could take us together and that she could handle. She confirmed. We arrived 10 mins late to our 3:30pm appointment but were assured we would be able to leave by 5. We also decided to try the dip powder which I asked ahead, when making the appt, if she could use individual cups for my powder as to not double dip and get a nail fungus. She said that she can but when it was time to do dip day of, she didn’t do this – I asked again and she comforted me that she has never had a problem with fungus and I trusted her. I also told her I wanted to try dip because I am not a fan of the UV light for gel and wanted something else that lasted – never did she say that dip powder entails the same process. I got a nail fungus AND I had to use the UV lights?! I felt so upset inside when I was dipping in a communal powder container and then even worse when she got out the UV light but I said nothing and just knew I would probably not go back. I think this was so irresponsible and the fungus is on my pinky. I have small children that I need to cook for and I’m just so frustrated this happened despite her knowing that this is the first time in a LONG time I started getting my nails done after getting a fungus on my toe at another salon, that was gross and humiliating the year before! – I shared all this with her on my first visit and she was kind and used a new file for me on my visits so I trusted her.
In addition, our visit was disrupted by an unforeseen amount of people that came in. I understand that she needs the business but my manicure and pedicure massages were skipped and my friend and I were kept there just past 3 hours. She should have told people that it will be 20-40 minutes wait like other salons transparently communicate. Instead, she kept accepting them and sitting them and bouncing around try to appease everyone. It just was not fair. My friend has a son that is disabled and she was so late to go home to him and it was just such a shame that we had to deal with that. I was so embarrassed as well. She gave me a discount but should have given a free manipedi at that point after no massage and making me awkwardly wait etc. I even canceled at another place to bring her more business cause I was so excited about her salon. I’m so sorry Ana, but this is unacceptable. It will take months and months to heal and regrow my nail. Look at my nail 🙁
