I really wanted to like this place because of all of the positive reviews. Calling and making an appointment for the next day was a breeze. When I got there the man in the reception area was friendly and knew exactly what I wanted. As I was getting a pedicure I noticed the technician was pretty rough. Then during my manicure she cut my cuticle and I began bleeding. She didn’t apologize and continued with the manicure until I asked her to stop and then she began applying pressure so my finger would stop bleeding. After she finished painting my nails there was a lot of polish on my skin in the cuticle area. When I asked her to take the polish off she began clipping off more of my skin until I told her to use nail polish remover to remove the polish from my skin. Then as I was sitting at the dryer waiting for my nails to finish drying a man who I hadn’t interacted with at all came up to me and said, “Can you pay me now?” I paid and left. I’ve been getting manicures for 15 years and getting cut is par for the course at times( not really) but to act like it didn’t happen is ridiculous.
I added a photo of two days later and how horrible my nails look. I’m going elsewhere to get them repainted.

Horrible… wish I could no stars… I went here for the first time … the guy at booth 18 was doing my overlay… the acrylic was paper thin I ask if could just thicken it a little… he did one nail super thick the rest extremely thin .. I politely ask him to stop and I will pay for what he did … I get to the front he says $30 .. I look at him like he joking cause I expected him to say like $20-$25 but not $30 .. any who Ana the owner came over and I explained what happened .. she said she could fix them ok no problem,I sat down and this was my result for $50 …. They can’t do nails don’t go here

I went to get my eyebrows done and the lady with the light brown hair had a attitude and rushed waxing my brows maybe because I’m a black female . Not only did she wax too much of the front of my eyebrow but left them uneven . She made my eyebrows straight with no arch and left wax residue on my face. These people are not trained . I normally go to laurel to get them done but took a chance here and then when I asked if she could correct the shape she stood there and didn’t say anything I just left out of anger . When I went to the counter to pay all of them looked at me and kept walking by and didn’t say anything. until one man came up to take the payment. I will no longer give my money to these people . Do not get your eyebrows done here. Very unprofessional.And I’m reporting to the better business bureau.

Update: I had wonderful customer service at this salon! I had an issue with my nails and Ana was happy to fix it. She is very sweet and now I have nails that are absolutely beautiful! Will be coming back. Thank you!
