Very disappointed. Went for a mani / pedi and was rushed through because they were booked for prom (even though I had made an appointment). Was asked if I’d like a deluxe pedicure and then didn’t even do a regular pedicure. Didn’t use hot towels on the legs and didn’t use (what I call) the cheese grater on the feet. Definitely didn’t get what I paid for. Spent $100, plus tip. Won’t go back.

I wish I could gatekeep because Maria is just that good. I gave up on gel manicures a while ago because they would always peel at the edges and damage my nails. I’m not sure what magic Maria uses but my gel mani with her lasted about a month and grew out with no peeling edges. She even was able to take my old dip mani off in less than 5 mins! Never going anywhere else! Photos show my nails day of and about 3 weeks later. She also recreated my inspo pic exactly!!

Just be sure to bring cash for tip! I did not know they only took cash tip at my first visit.

This place is HORRIBLE. I came in for an acrylic fill and ended up with uneven, bumpy nails. I informed them that I was really upset with this result, and their response was a mumbled “sorry” while still charging me full price for a manicure I will now have to go somewhere else to have redone. I am so unhappy, especially because they wasted an hour of my time doing horrible work. Absolute garbage service all around

My friend and I had appointments to get pedicures. I arrived before my friend and went in to pick out a color; I was rushed to sit down and start my appointment even though I was early, hadn’t picked my color, and my friend hadn’t arrived yet. The service was rushed, my nails were clipped too short and uneven, and one of my nails had scuffed by the time I arrived home. The nail techs were rude and showed a complete disregard for customer service. My friend paid in cash and they did not give her change back; it was automatically assumed it was the tip. I will not be going back.

I don’t know the guys name, but my daughter (here from out of state), simply wanted a gel polish removal and chose a new polish that she wanted to add glitter to for the holidays. The tech told her he didn’t have any glitter polish. Then proceeded to speak and laugh about her in his native language, while my daughter witnessed two other clients getting the glitter she wanted—at stations next to hers. He did a good job painting her nails but she felt flustered and belittled because she didn’t get what she asked for and felt that he had no concern for what she wanted. Also, the color of red she asked for, she was told by him that they were out and he chose the different red and told her that was a good match. She tried to voice her concerns about the shade, but again, felt like she was not heard. She just gave up, felt defeated, and went along with what he said. She paid the $30 and left him a $5 tip, which she regrets. She looked up his reviews and he only had one star, several complaints. Why is he still serving clients? I called and was very upset. I have a lot of family members and acquaintances who go here and this is the second time I have had a problem here. My other daughter who is still at home has also gone here. Amy called me back, concerned with the incident. I told her he did a good job on her nails but I was appalled that he lied about the glitter and treated her so poorly. I mean, come on. They have tons of glitter. He just didn’t want to do it and my daughter is way more tolerable than I am and will not cause conflict. He made an already difficult week for her, more disappointing. It would have been such an easy thing to just listen and give her what she paid for. Services for pampering should be just that. She was here on holiday and I regret her going there and adding to the stress of the week by making her feel unheard. It is a huge deal, when someone who is in the service industry, that you pay for, makes you feel like you are asking for too much and don’t deserve it. So, leaving this review. The one star is for him. Amy was nice when she called and tried her best to reconcile, but I wasn’t having him ridiculously lying about the glitter or choosing a shade she was not happy with and proceeding without care for how she felt about it.
