I love coming here! They always do a wonderful job with my nails even when my nails are a true disaster. Mai Tu Le is especially nice and thoughtful with her work. In addition, they often will do a mani/pedi at the same time which is such a time saver.

I had the WORST experience here today. Once I sat down, they immediately started drilling without asking what I was looking to have done. After cutting my nails shorter than I asked, they asked what I needed. I showed the nail artist a picture of a simple ombré from nude to white and explained I just wanted that paint and a fill in. She informed me that they don’t do ombré. I asked if she could do a simple design (for my backup option). She asked to see the design and then said they don’t do designs AT ALL, which I never saw posted or advertised anywhere. She told me I could get them filled with her and go to another salon for paint. I told her I didn’t have time for that. While drilling she was incredibly rough and she added a tip on my pinky completely crooked. While filling in my nails, I noticed she left a lot more space in between the acrylic fill and the cuticle on my thumb. I asked that she fix it and she argued with me that if it was too close, she would cut me with the drill. I pointed out that the other nails were a lot closer and she reluctantly fixed it to look like the others. I asked for a coffin shape, which was hard considering she had cut down my REAL nails much shorter than asked for. I finally decided on one simple white glitter. While painting I expressed that it looked pink and not white and the nail artist said it was likely because my nails were “old.” The end result, me paying and crying in the parking lot because I needed these nails for an event and I’m leaving town tonight. The nails were bulky, thick, uneven, poorly shaped, and a horrible color. I tried to ask her to fix them many times and she had the worst attitude. I ended up having another salon fix them less than 2 hours later. The last photo is a comparison after the second salon took the polish off, you could see the shape from American Nails and the after of when the second salon reshaped them. I would NOTTTT recommend this place at all.

Horrible. I will not be going back. Looks like a toddler did my manicure. Don’t waste your time or money.

I went here for a manicure with several friends and they were really nice at the front desk, but our manicurist was very rushed and my nails ended up looking terrible. They were unfinished, misshapen, and filed poorly. One friend in our party had her dip nail manicure come off within a week of getting them done. Would not recommend.

Spent $160 for manicure and pedicure for myself and acrylic french manicure for my daughter and have to say both her nails and mine were awful! And to top it off when I asked the manicurist to to fix my daughters nails she accused me of changing my mind and said she would charge me next time for fixing them. Suffice it to say, I won’t be returning. I do not recommend.
