Worst experience ever. My sister got her hair done here and it was terrible! I went to get my face waxed and she waxed half of my eyebrows off and barley touched the other one. I left with wax all over my face. I know it’s a school but I seen no instructor or anyone to help or to make sure she’s ok. It was obvious she was not comfortable and confused. All my experience with other schools they had to sign off but I did not see not one single instructor in the building. i don’t usually write reviews but I just had to on here. Only go here if you know the person other than that I suggest another school. Worst experience of my life.

Worst front desk experience and no punctuality. I had to wait for half an hour plus to get started with my service because they are not good at time management and reckless response from front desk person. Please don’t choose if you care about your time. Worthless for the people who care time. I think people who don’t have a way to kill time can be their customers. Overall, management sucks. When it comes to service, my appointment was for pedicure and barber haircut. When Kaylee started with my pedicure service, she started scrubbing my nail with sand paper like tool for 10 minutes plus and couldn’t get even to half closer cut. I asked her why don’t she use nail cutter and use scrub/shape at end? She said they don’t have any nail cutters that are available to use because they have limited nail cutters and other people are using those. Definitely not a place for pedicures. Nothing wrong with Kaylee who provided service. Nothing right with facility and management (only reason I tried it for the first time is availability and low price. But, finally realized worthless). Review about barber cut which I actually booked for to have authentic barber hair cut. But, I haven’t received same. However finally the service provided by them is okay. But, doesn’t match with what it should be. Worth for a haircut. But, not pedicures. I actually tipped 45% which is too much because I was happy with the service providers. But, definitely not happy with front desk person, facility and management.

Leslie did an amazing job with my cut and color! She did a meticulous job and exceeded my expectations. The color was absolutely beautiful and the cut turned out perfect. She took her time to make sure everything was done properly. I was super impressed and honestly have to say this was the best cut and color I’ve ever had. Leslie definitely has an eye for what will look good on you and she is very talented. Would definitely recommend this place.

Jim Rigby was amazing! I’ve never had my hair styled before and have always had the same bland haircut. Jim was able to figure out my weird head shape and hair patterns and made my beard and hair look amazing!
