I’ve gone to Ambiance twice now and they have done a beautiful job on my nails. Tyler and the team at Ambiance always make sure I leave with beautiful nails. They make sure to take their time with my nails and clean up my cuticles. It takes longer than most nail salons but the results are totally worth the wait. I highly recommend them.

I haven’t got my fingernails done in a very, very long time. I have had basic manicures and pedicures (that too has been at least a year). BUT today I treated myself!!
However, I haven’t been totally satisfied over the last few years with a few places around. Just always feeling like I’m being rushed, so I tried a new place based on reviews of others. Ambiance Organic Nail & Spa in Tollgate did not disappoint. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The place is immaculately clean! I didn’t feel rushed one bit. AND my nails look amazing.
I would also like to say that they take extra steps for cleaning and sanitizing their place
As I was sitting there, I kept thinking I know the owner. Where do I know him from?!?!? So, I asked and it is Tyler from a salon I went to all the time when living in Franklin. Once the connection was made, I knew why his place had great reviews and why I was so satisfied!
I’m serious try them out!
And yes, these nails are so not me but I LOVE them! A little summer fun before the bell rings again in a few weeks!

Ambiance is a fantastic Nail & Spa, the best I have ever seen (and my girlfriend has dragged me through many), I found out about them while waiting tables, personally serving Tyler and Heidi, they commended me on my service and shared their business, so I checked them out, a great decision (happy wife, happy life). Tyler and Heidi are fantastic people, who know how to hold conversations, crack jokes, and make you feel at home. The rest of the team do fantastic work with nail designs as well, with the final product always coming out looking good (with a good price too) The vibe and feeling is great as well and the bar is a BIG plus (Tyler also let’s me dunk cookies in my drinks, and he may have bribed me with said cookies to say that). Overall, it’s the best Spa & Nail Salon I’ve visited, friendly, homey, they do great work for a great price, and it’s always good to support local business, so if you’re reading this review, trust me, you’ve found the right place.

I stopped in first thing in the morning for a walk in pedicure. At first he asked if I could come back later but I had a pretty full schedule for the day so I wasn’t able. He got me in anyway and the lady who did my pedicure was absolutely amazing. She took her time, the massage was wonderful and she checked in with me to make sure I was happy the entire time. They take extra measures for sanitation and the atmosphere is very relaxing. They even have a little bar inside though I didn’t indulge. The prices were more than fair for this area plus they had options to fit any budget. 10/10 experience. I will definitely be back!

I had a fantasticly relaxing time today at Ambiance Organic Nail and Spa today. The staff was very kind, welcoming and a joy to be around and converse with. The atmosphere was very relaxing with low light and soft music. The owner, Tyler, was very friendly and gave my MIL and I such a lovely and warm welcome. The visit seemed more like a coming home than a simple nail service, almost like family. Cleanliness, attention to detail and gentle service were phenomenal! Can’t wait to go back again!
