It was super easy to make an appointment and the lady at the front desk was super welcoming 🙂 the studio was clean and spacious and they really took their time with making sure I was comfortable.
The prices are super reasonable and I’m REALLY impressed with how they turned out. The lashes look super natural and have the perfect amount of curl.
Will 100% be back here next time in LA and already recommended it to a friend that lives in the area 🙂
My lashes started falling out the same day and this continued for about 10 days. I followed the instructions to not wet them for 24 hours as I did last time
My suspicion is that Nicole did not give me a full set although I was charged for it. The lashes falling out were those put in 5 weeks ago in Sherman Oaks
The receptionist was not helpful when I called to explain what had happened. She implied I was lying bc I was calling 10 days later. I’m a busy person. I have a membership so I wasn’t trying to get anything for free. I just wanted to explain my experience and that Nicole was the technician
