First time trying this salon. Greeted & seated in a chair for a gel pedicure right away. Offered a beverage. I had Hannah. Her foot massage is amazing! She did a great job on my toes. I will certainly be a repeat customer!

Great experience by accident. Kim did my nails and did exactly what I requested. A French manicure using dip powder along with white regular polish on my feet. There was no forced upselling here trying to get me to do a more expensive service which in my experience has always been the issue suggesting Gel since it’s is expected to last longer. Definitely will be returning

Just moved here from Florida and decided to try them out based off of the good reviews. Everyone was friendly and June took his time and did my nails just how I asked him. Even offered me something to drink. I will be back

Nei did my pedi she did an amazing job , especially being that it’s been AWHILE since I got my toes done and she made sure to scrub them getting them amazingly soft. Also very attentive. I felt welcomed when I first walked in. They offered me drinks smiles on there facing just overall a great first time experience!Thank u so much nei. Will definently be recommended!

They are very rude and don’t care about the customers. Half of them don’t speak english and then gets an attitude about the questions of the work . Insults me as if I’m not paying for a service so anticipate on it being done properly. And proceeds to say you need to figure it out not me!!!! Very rude ! if I can say 0 stars I would . It wasn’t the polish issue overall it was the rude customer service and disrespect from you.

And then when I say hey you missed a spot it was a problem. I got cut while filing and because I said it was a problem you got upset and started complaining about it and wanted to charge me for it when it was an issue caused by you. You have no respect for your customers and when I expressed my opinion about the one issue on the big toe you got upset and cursed at me how rude was that? I then said ok just leave it or take it off. There’s 1,000 s of nail salons here in Columbia and you won’t have to worry about me coming back at all after treating my daughter and myself that way. I’ll make sure I post your work and comment about how you treated me on other sites as well. You are very rude !!!
