Super nice and caring staff. Gave me exactly what I wanted and made me feel like a princess !💆🏻‍♀️🩷 The process it’s self was amazing I got a pedicure and full set of acrylics and the service was incredible and the prices are great ! ❤️💅🏼

Update as of 3/22/24: I came back to visit, and this time just for a pedicure. Nick is super friendly and does a great job. However, they pressure you to get a gel pedicure. I find spending money on gel on my feet a waste because they last long, with or without it. If you do not get gel, they catch an attitude and rush you out of the mini dryer when not fully dry. Steven (the owner) allowed me to walk out like this (photo attached). They did not clean off the residue or anything. Paying customers should get what they ask and pay for! I will not be back.

Previous review: Today, my services (pedicure outside of the massage and dip nails) were rushed; I felt my services were an inconvenience versus being a customer, as the customer service was very minimal. Since I have stopped spending $20 for a gel with my pedicure, I feel there’s a rush to get you out of the dryer, leaving room for your toes to mess up.
At the end of my services, the receptionist asked about my experience, and I told her what I expressed above, and she didn’t have much to say. She’s always super sweet, though.
I still tipped the guys.
Overall, although I am disappointed with today’s services, I understand people have their days and will be back to give them another chance.

I always have a great experience when I go. I have been to a few different places and no one does my pedicures as good as Alpha Nails. The environment is everything!!! They always look better than the pictures I show. Win is amazing!!

Love the atmosphere; they are always welcoming and even if I don’t get the same person to do my nails they all are super nice and ask questions to make sure you’re enjoying yourself and the service . They have great hospitality! Merry Christmas 🎄 (these are my real nails and we tried dipping powder this visit) 😍

I absolutely love this place! I’m new in the area & yesterday was my first time trying them. I had no clue what I really wanted done, but I showed the nail tech Kayla & she delivered!!!!! She was so nice & she took her time. I absolutely loveeeee my nails I most definitely will be returning ! 💕💕
