First time coming here and brought three other girl friends. We all got pedicures, manicures, and our eye brows done.
Greeted with great hospitality as soon as we entered and catered to very well. Seated together offered water and wine and enjoyed a girls afternoon.
Pedicure was amazing and very relaxing. I got the NBC Spa Pedicure and white gel for my toes.
Manicure was done differently than normal. I didn’t get any nail bed clean up or pre shaping done. I chose a natural color in powder and as soon as I sat down it seemed very rush. There was not a whole lot of clean up done afterwards so I did it myself.
Eyebrows experience was flawless. Smooth and easy and the tech was such a sweet girl.

I had a very nice experience at Alpha Nail Spa. It was very relaxing and nothing was rushed. The location is very clean and accommodating. The gentleman who did my pedicure and manicure, I believe his name was Eric, was amazing. He is really, really good at his job because they both look great. Everyone in there was very attentive and nice. I will definitely be going back there from now on. I took these pictures after but I don’t even think they do the job justice, these are my natural nails and he painted them so perfect he didn’t have to make any corrections, I was amazed, and they were very gentle with the removal of the gel I had on when I went in. 10/10

Even though the atmosphere is nice, they consistently ask you about gel polish even when u say no multiple times. I went to get a refill was told you need to take your nails off and was charged a full set and many add ons. I was charged 30 fo my 10yr old daughter manicure pic below. It was horrible. When you get gel polish on your toes they charged 10 to take it off. It’s 28 to get your kid a pedicure as well. My nails are not that long and I was charged 77 dollars. The young man doing my feet had to be asked several times to Remove the dead skin off my feet. I had a nice experience my first time I went. This is why u went back. Now I’m good on them. They are over priced and find ways to add money. 180 for the experience was not worth it. I can’t add the photo of my daughters nails.

UPDATE! Alpha nail spa did reach out and offered to fix my nails for free!! My pedicure was amazing ,my eyebrows now look amazing . How ever my nail tech seemed to be in a hurry when they only had 3 people in the store !! I did not get the shape I asked for and to top it off none of my nails are even shaped alike some oval, some round ,and my yellow on the right hand is like coffin !! The first time I went there was amazing this time not soo much unfortunately I had to leave unhappy because my child had a appointment!!
